However, they did not, and by not doing so the pocket material could not be moved out of the way. The patches are sewn thru the liner AND the pockets making the pockets useless. I would not recommend taking your vest here unless you can speak directly to the person doing the work.

My first review of Rattan Cleaners was long overdue and after they had been so customer oriented of the last several years. Things have changed. I used to take my clothes (shirts, pants, and occasionally a suit) in every two weeks at 7 am on Friday morning and they were ready by 4 pm that afternoon. I started going to work earlier and decided that Thursday afternoon would be easier but it meant combing home and changing and gettin the clothes to them before close of business. One day I had my clothes to them around 5 and was told that they had to be there by 3 pm to get them the next day. OK, I hadn't been told that before, but would make the effort to get them to them by then. So, I started dropping my clothes off at noon when heading back to work after lunch. Today, I go in to drop my clothes off at noon and was told that they won't be ready until Friday. I asked why since I had been told that 3 pm was the cut-off for next day service. I was told that they might be but it would be unlikely that they would be ready. So, while I had inconveniences in the past that I could handle, this is the final issue. After I get these back, Friday it seems, I'll be finding another cleaners. Hopefully there are others close by me that offer one day or same day service and will work to make me their loyal customer.

They said the owner will call me. He never did. I go up there again talk to an employee and she says she gave me all of my pants back. I go home check again and I have pants that don't belong to me so I take them back left them with a employee and she tells me one of the girls mixed everyone's pants and it's been a mess and that the owner will call me back. He never did. I gave them plenty of time to find my pants or make it right. After multiple trips up there it was the same thing over and over that the owner will call me back. He never did. Now they tell me I never dropped off the original pants they lost or the pants that was in my bag that was not mine. They never had any intention on replacing my pants. Just the run around like I aint have nothing better to do with my time then to go up there multiple times about some pants that I supposedly never brought to them.
