Our mom recently passed away. She had lost so much weight that we were concerned that they wouldn't be able to make her look like herself so we would be able to let our family see her again. Tracy did such a wonderful job making our mom look like herself! It was such a relief to see how good she looked! Tracy was so good about taking multiple calls and changing up things at the last minute for us. He did a fantastic job and we're so thankful for him and all of those who helped make this difficult time easier for us.

I started walking and pushing the dirt down and fell through a sink holes up to my knee. They did not fill the grave around the vault and the ground. I went with a 2 by 2 and found other sink holes that are three feet deep. They blame me for the fall saying I should have asked for maintenance. I didn't know it needed maintenance until I fell into the sink hole. They refused to pay for my xray on my knee and ankle. They have not watered my mothers grave in 4 years. We had to haul water in to water moms grave. The well was broke they said. That was because of Covid they said. They do not take care of the grave stones and just let them sink under ground. They are very compassionate and attentive to your needs and wants. We were very impressed with their professionalism. I highly recommend them during your time of loss. I never imagined what all went with planning a funeral and they were there every step of the way. Mike even told me, "It's like planning for a wedding but in 3 days" which is very true. I do recommend doing pre-planning for your own funeral. It will take a load off of your children/family.

She produced the funeral brochure, book markers, Thank you cards, memorable Life video, an unbelievable Family Tree book, gorgeous Family Bible, a lovely grave side marker with a colored photograph. She took his finger prints for us to have made into a gold charm. She was even able to coordinate a military service at the last minute on that Friday, after Thanksgiving. I just loved the fully restored 1930s house with wood floors, it felt very homie. The pricing was very reasonable and was much lower than their competitors.

High priced plots with "perpetual care" and no above ground monuments. I have seen it when it…read moreneeded care in a bad way. But I don't like any cemetery that charges so much for lots then charges to open the grave, require a concrete container for the casket. This particular cemetery charged us $500 to dig a post hole to put my fathers remains in. They would not let us dig the hole even though my Dad had bought the plot many years ago. No , I don't like cemetery's much.
