Called Steve to to fix my indoor water tank which became waterlogged and needed to be drained and…read morerefilled while he was draining it he answered a phone call and became caught up in it and over drain the tank pulling all the sludge up and through all my pipes shooting out of every faucet ruining my toilet shower curtains towels etc even to this day sludge occasionally still comes out of my pipes and faucets. I had to call my plumber to flush my pipes in my home and my building next door. Steve had to take apart my pipes to get the sludge out to refill the tank and when he did he did not put the pipes back together tight and left a leak. He put a 5 gallon bucket underneath the leak and left without telling me about it, and thank goodness I went down the next day to see the situation and discovered the leak because the floor was completely wet and the bucket was over running. When I called him to complain about everything he said he didn't want to hear it and to pay him what I thought the job was worth and then hung up on me. I paid him $150 which I shouldn't have since my repair bills from this fiasco exceeded $800. If I could give this guy zero Stars I would.
