POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I rented a set of "sport" skis/boots for 3 days. On day one I twisted my knee and had to be rescued by ski patrol...who were great BTW. Village Ski refused to refund any of my rental even tho they were getting the equipment back 2 days early. At $50/day that's $100 they refused to refund. I've returned equipt early elsewhere (Whiteface, for poor weather) and received refunds for unused days. Should've rented for one day and just kept extending the rental. I'll def look at renting elsewhere next time.

When I questioned it and pointed out that they never did that in previous years, they lied about it, and then said if I was not happy, I could just leave the skis and go elsewhere. Nice! I did not because I had already wasted enough time, but we are not going back in the future. Avoid.
