Lincoln Bakery originally opened in 1945. Today, this bakery sells breads, cookies, muffins, donuts, danishes, pies, cupcakes, cakes, etcetera. Prices are reasonable. I shopped at this bakery in the late morning on a Saturday. Many other customers were standing in line, so I waited several minutes for my turn to order. Some of the shelves were already empty. Furthermore, I did not know what some of the baked goods were because most were not labeled. I recommend that the employees add little signs with the names of the baked goods. I was a first-time customer, so I ordered a sample of the baked goods: a vanilla wafer, fruity danish, carrot cake, pecan roll, snickerdoodle cookie, and raisin bread. The total price was reasonable. An employee kindly packaged my baked goods in a box, rang up my purchase, and thanked me. At home, my husband and I ate the baked goods. We thought that they were fresh and tasted good.

Old fashion bakery in Bellevue neighborhood of north Pittsburgh. We made the drive to get a childhood treat, the vanilla wafers. Careful though... you can't just eat one. Get a dozen for the drive home and another to share once home. They're light, vanilla-tastic, and addicting. They had many other options too. We bought an eclair that was generously filled with custard. Very traditional bakery-- loved the atmosphere and vibe. Credit cards accepted.

We were at PVSEC for a vet appointment and I googled bakeries nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Lincoln Bakery was only a few minutes away. It had been on my list of bakeries to checkout, but isn't a place we are usually near so I jumped at the opportunity. The bakery is invited and well stocked with so many various baked goods. Normally when a bakery has that many different things, none are truly outstanding... but Lincoln somehow figured out how to master everything from cheesecake to bakeries. I got a great selection of items to try. The most noteworthy are the donuts. I am a true donut snob, I will travel for baked goods and for donuts. I can honestly say that I've never had better donuts. They were light and so fresh. They weren't greasy and they didn't taste like oil. They were the perfect level of sweetness. The ratios of icing/toppings were perfection. Another surprise winner is the cheesecake. We got the Oreo and the white chocolate raspberry and were blown away. They tasted like true old fashioned cheesecakes. We got an assorted of danishes (the one with icing and walnuts reminds us of New Year's Eve pretzels) and cookies. All were delicious. Now that I know how close they are to PVSEC, we will make sure to stop more often after appointments!

As you can see, some flavors are common, and others are unique. So far, I have made three purchases from Vibe. An employee immediately and warmly greeted me, and she patiently waited while I looked at the changing menus on the television screen. Please see my attached photos for the menus in July 2024. The employee quickly made my beverages, took my payment, thanked me, and wished me a good day. I rate the strawberry-banana smoothie as 4.5 stars, the strawberry-pretzel-salad smoothie as 4 stars, the s'mores smoothie as 4 stars, the peach-mango tea as 5 stars, the peach-pineapple-lemonade as 4.5 stars, and the Skittles tea as 4 stars. Each beverage cost several dollars.

Inside the business I had an informative interview with George the owner of the establishment. He explained to me his goal was to encourage healthy eating and drinking through use of protein and other additives such as vitamins and herbs to provide solid nutrition without feeling overly full. They also offer "immunity booster" for an extra fee.The business has been open for 8 months now as a dine in restaurant until the pandemic hit. When restrictions were lifted they have only been able to reopen for takeout only for now. Their menu consists of smoothies, made to order teas, and protein coffee. They also sell protein donuts. He offers a special if you post your drink purchase to social media you get $1.00 off your next purchase. I asked about vegan options. George told me all the beverages can be made vegan but the donuts are not at the current time. I really wanted to get a donut but they had been sold out by the time I got there. George advised me that if I order a day ahead of time then they could set up a takeout order for the next day for donuts. He told me they sell out so fast that you need to be there when it opens to get them that same day. I can call for their flavor offerings when I place my order. He suggested I purchase a combine which consists of two 16 oz cups of a smoothie and a tea. Please note their coffees and teas can be prepared hot or cold depending upon your preference. He recommended I go with the strawberry lemonade tea and let me decide what smoothie I wanted. He added biotin to my tea to help with my nails and hair growth. There are long tables in front where you can stand to get your appropriate straws and napkins. You are also are far enough away from the beverage prep area for the time being. The menu is on a changing screen inside so it takes a while to "cycle" through it. Nevertheless I choose the banana pudding smoothie. George told me that was his number one smoothie request. His helper had both drinks prepared in a jiffy and once I tasted that tea it was literally to die for! The smoothie really blew me away! It had actual banana pieces in it as well as graham cracker pieces. It tasted so good yet it was not overly heavy. I was stunned when George told me that smoothie was less than 300 calories. I can see now why it is so popular. As the business stated drinking both beverages was like consuming a meal in itself. While I was there I was chatting with another customer who had ordered an oreo smoothie. It looked delicious and when I inquired about it she said she loved it. Vibe Bellevue is located on N Balph Ave right off Lincoln Ave in Bellevue. George told me that it is better to pay for metered parking on Lincoln Ave until they are able to get some of their own parking spaces. This is a great hidden gem in the heart of Bellevue and I definitely plan to order their protein donuts ahead of time before my next visit. It is affordably priced and both George and his helper were very friendly and knowledgeable. Open Mon-Sat only they are worth a visit for a fresh healthy drink to make you feel good all day.

The service was great, our server was so kind & funny. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer & chicken Marsala as the entree. Bruschetta was phenomenal, one of my favorites. The Marsala was also good, definitely on the sweeter side (my husband wasn't crazy about). We also ordered cannolis to go which were decent, but not my favorite. I'm giving it 3 stars because of all the add-on charges. $10 corking fee, $5 charge to split our meal, $7 charge to substitute Marsala sauce instead of marinara. The overall cost just didn't justify the experience.

I did not need a large, custom order, so I stopped by the business to browse their offerings. I saw two display cases of cakes, bars, brownies, fudges, scones, and cookies, and I saw one refrigerator of cinnamon rolls, banana breads, muffins, etcetera. An employee immediately greeted me, and as I selected my desserts, she carefully placed them in a box for me. She made friendly conversation, accurately rang up my purchase, and kindly thanked me. Here are my reviews for my desserts: Raspberry vanilla cake - $4.25 - 4.5 stars - I bought one slice of white cake that had vanilla frosting and some raspberry filling. The cake was fresh and had tart flavors, and the icing tasted sweet. Cherry pie bar - $3 - 4 stars - This bar contained a top layer of cherries. The flavor of cherries was subtler than I had expected. Apple pie bar - $3 - 3.5 stars - This bar contained a very thin layer of apple. I would recommend adding more apples for more flavor. Lemon pie bar - $3 - 5 stars - This bar had a strong taste of lemon and a nicely crispy crust. Cherry-chocolate scone - $3.25 - 3.5 stars - This scone was a large size. It contained a thin layer of cherries and chocolate chips. 6 various cookies - $5 - I rate the peanut-butter cookie as 4 stars, the sugar-sprinkle cookie as 3.5 stars, the snickerdoodle cookie as 3.5 stars, the chocolate-chip cookie as 3.5 stars, the oatmeal-raisin cookie as 4.5 stars, and the chocolate-cherry cookie as 3.5 stars.
