The WORST dry cleaner I have ever used…read more I now have two garments that have been destroyed by this facility and an item that is permanently damaged. A black taffeta skirt that was shrunk and discolored- I unfortunately do not have a photo to share of it. A pair of silk Johnny Was pants - the back seam is now split and the ties that were on the front of the garment appear to have been cut off or ripped off. A linen blouse that now has a stain down the front that was not there prior to taking it to the cleaner. In addition to the damage to my clothing, the customer service I have received there has been less than desirable. I was never made aware of any of the damage that was done to my items upon pick up- it was always left as an unhappy surprise for me to find after returning home. Items are seldom ready when they are promised to be. On more than three occasions, employees have been standing out front on their phones only to tell me after returning inside as I wait at the register that items aren't ready because they are short staffed.

Well, everything could improve. This is no longer a "neighborhood" business. Dave and Cindy sold…read morelast year and it's only gotten worse the longer the new owners are in control. They don't have things done when promised -- once causing a large expense to buy another shirt at the last minute for a Christmas musical. Alteration (hemming) prices have more than doubled and they don't do what you request. I took in 3 shirts and 1 pair of pants to be laundered. When the woman at the counter said $26+, I was shocked. How much do you charge per shirt now? I never got a specific answer but was told they do not wash that brand of shirt. That was a completely false statement. In the past they certainly have because at least 90% of my husband's dress shirts are the same brand. A business should not dry clean without asking me when I take shirts in to be laundered. They are my clothes and a cleaners should wash & starch per my wishes. There are too many other cleaners to put up with rude clerks and poor service. I hate leaving a negative review, but just so sad that we've lost great owners and a quality neighborhood business.

The dress pockets were balled up and the dress wasn't pressed well, the pants weren't pressed well either . My husband was disappointed in his shirt. I've never sent something to the cleaners and have to iron it once I got it home. I will never use this Cleaners again.

Okay. So I waited to get my clothing back from them before reviewing. I noticed them because I…read moreremembered seeing them when we visit Miya Sushi which is right next door. It's in a convenient spot that I pass daily. I dropped off some long overdue dry cleaning Monday morning. Men's dress shirts and slacks. Some of which were from my sister, who has a puppy that sheds. The lady greeted me right away and added my info into the system because this was my first time here. She gave me a slip/ reciept and said they would be ready Wednesday AM. Not a problem because I didn't need them right away. So I didn't get around to picking them up until Wednesday PM. She checked my reciept and pulled out all of the items. She wrapped them in plastic wrap for the transport home. She pulled one of the shirts and mentioned a stain on the arm. I had forgotten all about it. She asked if I would like it cleaned again. I declined because I remembered it was red fabric paint that my nephew had gotten onto my son's sleeve by accident. I gotten most of it off but fabric dye is tricky. That's probably not coming out ever. I paid my bill and headed to my husband who needed a shirt. He grabbed his white shirt that he had forgotten to mention he spilled coffee on. Which was still visible. I guess she overlooked that one because I would have had them reclean that one. I didn't notice until I got home that the dark shirts from my sister still had puppy fur on them. I used a fabric brush to clean that up. Overall, I am okay with the work. I would have liked a little more effort on their part even if they would have added more $ to the end bill. (I usually go to another dry cleaner but they are out of the way- they always took care of things that I might have forgotten to mention before. They would even call if they felt extra services needed to be done.) I have a few more things I need cleaned but I am on the fence if I should return here or go oit of my way to the other place.
