I was greeted with rushed disrespect and informed how much trouble the woman who received my shirt experienced for taking one shirt. I said, "It does not mean I don't have more." Meaning I had more to bring in. I received a gruff response so I then said, "Then I won't be back." To which the reply was "That's fine." $3.97 for one shirt seems a little high considering the poor service and customer relations.

Anyway, all of the machines are brand new and very efficient. They have 3 washer sizes and 2 dryer sizes. The washers are priced as follows: Small $4.00 (cold) Holds about 2 loads Medium $6.00 (cold) Holds about 2-3 loads Large $7.75 (cold) Holds about 3-4 loads They smell nice and are super clean. I'll pay more for cleanliness. The dryers are priced as follows: Regular .25 for 5 min. Large .25 for 5 min. I have to admit I was a little sticker shocked at this price but apparently it's a pretty common pricing structure. There's no burn smells or unpleasant odors coming from them so that's good in my book. I washed and dried about 14 loads of laundry for less than $40. Tomorrow I'll be back to wash towels and linens. I'm very impressed with the laundromat. After seeing how efficient they were I was fine with the pricing.

I love that they have a drive-through! Charles, the owner, explained my items would be ready the following week by Wednesday due to the schedule of the seamstress. He also explained that due to Covid, both the shirts would have to be dry cleaned after the seamstress repairs were complete. Charles provided excellent customer service! Most of the time he remembers my name even though I only visit a few times a year. That's impressive! I paid the bill when I dropped off the items which cost a little more than $30. I felt this was reasonable. I was so happy to see he removed the stain from my favorite dress and it looked brand new. And I was pleased with both of my shirt repairs. The owner didn't even call to tell me that he'd forgotten to give my husband things. And of course the receipt was not itemized so it's a good thing that I noticed. A jacket is still missing...
