I was having trouble with the machine taking my quarters and the coin return knob is broken ao I was banging on it with my hand (a common thing to do when the quarter is stuck) I had a woman who I assume is an employee, came over a started talking to me like I was an idiot. I asked her to please get out of my personal space and she did. Some man named Richard however, took it upon himself to approach me and tell me if I talk to his daughter like that again I'm gonna have a problem. I asked him repeatedly to pleas leave me alone and get away from me. Richard repeatedly told me no, he doesn't have to get away from me, he works there and he was gonna call the law. I continued to aske him to leave me alone. He threatened my personal safety and my personal space. Not a good way to be for paying customers. Richard will meet the wrong person one day with that attitude. Maybe he needs to fix all the broken washers instead of approaching females trying to be scary. 0 stars and if your a single woman maybe find another laundry mat. read more

Went after 13 hrs. Of duty. At 9:15 pm just little bit clothes they close at 10:30 pm and the man the was there , tell me you can't come because I will be close at 10:30 I said ok is only 9:15 . I wanted a laundromat that would allow me to pay with my credit card. Cedar Bay's came up as being one. So I went. I wasn't super impressed with the facility, seemed small and cramped, and I didn't see a single credit card reader on the washers or the dryers. They all seemed to use coins. I left. sorry read more

The guy that closes this place is very rude. His intent is to run customers out before 10. I get it. I don't have a problem with being out on time. I promise the last place I wanted to be was in the laundry mat that late. I have quite literally been a customer of this place for 30 years. You've made plenty of quarters off of me! However, I will never darken the door of this establishment again. Your valued customers deserve a little more respect after spending so much on a basic need. I'm not the first. There's only one photo posted for this laundromat and now I see why. This place looks and smells horrible. The equipment is old and overpriced. $3 for a single load washer? The attendant doesn't give out change for the machines. So if you only have a $20 bill and you only need five dollars worth of quarters, then you are out of luck. You will have to put the whole $20 in the change machine even though you don't me $20 worth of quarters. If the look and the smell of this Place wasn't bad enough the service here is very subpar. I think the attended should've been cleaning up and making the place look and smell better rather than being on FaceTime and watching game shows. I think I may be the only person in town that goes to different laundromats just for the experience? This is not a good experience at all. read more

Nice place to do laundry. First time visitor. Bathrooms are a no go, however, if you actually follow the directions on the laundry machines, you won't have a problem. I washed, dried and folded 10 loads of laundry in three hours. Place was full of people right after we got there, so get there early. Staff is not rude, but rude people not reading instructions can be frustrating. read more

It was clean a few of the machines were not functioning, but there was no wait, it was not at all expensive, did one load, with soap and drying for $ 4.75. not bad, and had lunch at the Chinese place in the same center while they washed. Wi-Fi was a nice touch. read more

Friendly lady on staff there. I did the drop off service. It was folded and completed faster than any other place I've done drop off at.

The place is fine my review is based on the service. The machines are quarter machines and with each quarter you add the monetary amount goes down by 25 cents so it would eventually go down to 0. I mistook the machine telling me that, because apparently the machine changes to minutes once you put in the amount. I didn't realize that, because I was feeding two machines at the same time. I went up to the woman working, and told her that and she told me basically told me too bad, and I should have noticed that it changed to minutes. I tried to explain it to her how I interpreted the machines, because it is not posted anywhere saying that, and she kept interrupting me to tell me I was wrong. I attempted to tell her that I understood what she was saying, but she wasn't listening to me, because she kept interrupting me. So I asked her who can I speak to to see about a refund, and she head pointed in a direction and said the number is over there. I looked in that direction, and I asked where it was, because I couldn't see any numbers. She got agitated and said over there, so I responded again, where, I don't see anything, can you show me? She walks over to a window and moves a stack of clothes revealing a number behind it. I stepped outside and contacted the number, and explained what happened, and the gentleman who answered said that he would credit me the extra money to my dryer and that he would contact the laundromat and let them know. After my clothes finished washing I put my clothes in the dryer and approached the woman about the credit, and I started off by saying excuse me I contacted the number, and the man who answered said that he would call you to credit me the money, and she said that no one had called to tell her that. So I called the man again, and he said that she didn't want to do it, and that it really isn't that a big deal. I should just forget about it, and accused me of fighting with her. I maintained my position and said that I didn't fight with her I was trying to explain myself and that I understood what she was saying, but she wasn't even allowing me to speak or hear my reasoning. He said that after speaking to her she did not want to give me a credit, and asked if I could come back at a later time for credit. I said that yes in the grand scheme of things that it is not a big deal, but that this isn't customer service at all. I said that I approached her each time with an excuse me ma'am to get her attention and she has responded angrily and that I don't know what the employees problem is but it started way before I got there. He eventually said that he would call her again, and I offered to hand her my phone. I walked over to her and said excuse me he would like to talk to you, and she said give the phone to another woman, and I went to pass her the phone and instead she credited me the money. At the end of the day, I definitely will not be coming back to this place to do laundry. read more
