Stopped by to do 1 load of laundry while traveling with family. We got to enjoy treats at Aroma Corner while we waited. The attendants proactively offered help to my husband, exchanged bills for coins (even supplying us with a little cup to hold the coins). Everything was washed & dried efficiently, and there was ample space to fold our laundry. Service was friendly, the place was reasonably clean, and the prices were good. It was basic, nothing fancy. I needed my queen comforter & Queen blanket laundered. Had an appointment & couldn't do the laundry myself so I had the Baymeadows Laundromat do the wash & fold for me. It was a little pricey but they did an excellent job. I had washed the comforter several times before in my oversized washing machine but it came out bunches up & out of shape. They got it back to being in shape & neatly folded for me & wrapped in plastic. The comforter & blanket look great. read more

Went on a Friday night during my food shopping duties and was able to find a machine right away. This faculty is very well organized and up-kept. I had one blanket to wash so I was able to start the load with my prepaid card and was on my way to Walmart conveniently located right next door. The timer was set for 25 minutes and upon my return I had 3 minutes left. Which I timed perfectly lol. There are change machines and also a machine to prepay on a card for your convenience. The facility is well lite , free WiFi, televisions, bathrooms, vending machine for some little goodies and dry cleaning for your laundry. I would have to say this experience and this location is really the go to spot when you need doing your laundry duties. Friendly people and great location next to 2 bars, a Walmart, Chili's and so many more dining areas. read more

The laundry has really gone down hill. The of the washers are not clean and bright. The floor is filthy even after watching the staff sweep and mop at 6am. Skipped over glaring debris on the floor. Trash left behind by other guests and staff just left it the there. 3 dryers out of service and 2 washers leaking on the floor. Couldn't use the restroom, toilet seat had the remains of someone else's waste....can you say hepatitis B...either the laundry is under a new owner or the old owner just doesn't care...in closing find another laundry. read more

Clean with plenty of machines. Had to wash a couple of comforters so I came here since it was close to my townhouse. Plenty of machines available so I was in and out in no time. One thing I didn't like is you have to purchase a card for a $1 and reload it to use the machine. I don't often go to the laundromat, so its a waste of money. I was forewarned not to go to the laundromat on Sunday! So I took their advice and came today, a rainy Tuesday afternoon. Excellent choice, just two other people and myself are here. Honestly, I truly do not like going to the laundromat but when you have comforters that do not fit in your washer and dryer, you really have no choice. The plus side of being here is that I can catch up on my reading and write my Yelp review of course. ;-) This particular laundromat is very clean, has vending machines that appear to be full, ATM machine, TV, free WiFi and a PAC Man! I also like the fact that they have automatic doors so you don't have to struggle to open the door with your arms full of clothes or pushing your cart. They pretty much thought of everything here, at least everything you need so you don't have to leave while your clothes are washing and drying. I will say this however, either it's been a long time since I have been to a laundromat or we didn't have this system back home in the D.C. area, because I was so confused on how to use the washer and dryers. I am used to putting your quarters in the machine and voila! Not here. The attendant must have seen my confusion and asked me if I had a "card". I said, a credit card? She said no, a laundromat card. Uuuhhhhh...no. So she kind of walks me through the process. She was busy folding clothes because apparently, you can drop off your clothes and they do all the hard work for you for a fee. I mean, it is nice not to have to carry a bunch of quarters in your pocket especially if you forget to wear something with pockets. Lol. There's a large washer and an extra large washer, and I used the large washer which cost me $6.75 and the dryer was $2.50(?) for 30 minutes. Of course I brought my own soap and dryer sheets! The only two things that I saw that was kind of a hinderance, was the parking and not enough push carts. Only a few spaces right in front of the building and the rest of the parking lot is a bit far to me, for people carrying large amounts of clothes back and forth. Plus, there's some construction going on in the parking lot which doesn't help. read more

I went to do laundry here because I had a massive amount of clothes to wash. I took up 3 washing machines and 2 full dryers without any issues on a Saturday morning. There were a decent amount of people in there and still enough machines for everyone. The payment method is by card that you have to purchase before hand ($1) and refill the card as necessary. The hours said 24 so I took that into consideration when choosing this laundromat. read more

Now hear me out. If you aren't gonna give out bills in exchange for quArters when we're at a laundromat then get you a dang change machine that pops out bills. Because for those who probably turned their houses upside down to collect quarters would be pissed that now they can't even use those to purchase a card or load that money to a card. This laundromat was very very clean in comparison to others, but it was extremely expensive! I ended up spending almost $15 to do my laundry. They also make you buy a laundry card which costs $1 additional instead of paying the machines directly. This is a good idea, but I just went here because my washer is getting repaired so I ended up with leftover money on my card. Overall, very good facility but quite pricey for me! read more

I went in today to wash my very large dogs bed and when I put it in an attendant told me I couldn't wash it that it wasn't allowed. No where does it say where and what you are allowed to wash giving this is very large and doesn't fit in most washer and it was very embarrassing to take it out of the washer especially as I was going to pay for the most expensive washer which was the biggest one they had, since when do you get to pick and chose what you can wash at a "self-service" wash. so I went right up the street on baymeadows to another one where they had no problem with it read more

Also every time I've been here I see her vacuuming out the dryers & deep cleaning them & the washers! So I know my clothes will always be clean & smell good. Js I still love it here. Clean, more seating than most, awesome vending machines, but more expensive. Our hotel is having trouble with the dryers so out we go. The laundry cards the machines use cost $1. Washers were fine. I dry most of my clothes on low so they were still pretty damp after the 30 minute minimum. I actually spent less on drying than usual because I didn't want to start the dryers again, and left with a wet pile to hang in the shower. You have to have a key for the bathroom. I wouldn't want someone to wreck the bathroom, but who wants to touch a huge key-stick that people take in the bathroom. Overall, if you are only going to go occasionally I would recommend this laundry. However, since we're here awhile and it's a lot of laundry I'll probably go to a cheaper place. read more

This is a very clean and quiet laundromat but it's a rip off. Is located in Baymeadows which is somewhat a more well to do area but the prices for drying clothes is insane. Again I know it's in the Deerwood area but charging people $2.50 for one cycle of drying clothes at 30 minutes is ridiculous. If you break it down, 30 minutes of drying time is six quarter's at other laundromats. Most laundromats only charge $.25 for five minutes of dryer time. So if you do the math you drying your clothes for 30 minutes is only six quarters. This establishment automatically makes you use ten quarters for 30 minutes of dryer time, and hopefully your clothes will be dry by that time because if not you only get 4 additional minutes of dryer time per $.25. So if my clothes aren't completely dry after 30 minutes, they're going to charge me $.25 for just four minutes of dryer time. To me it's ridiculous. read more

After trying to wash several king size comforters and blankets, I found stains on all of them at the end of the load recently. These stains were not there before the wash. When I asked the employee about this, she pointed to a sign that says they have no responsibility for damage to your clothing. I tried to rewash the items in a different washer (triple size) and couldn't get the items clean. After over 3 hours I decided to take my items to another laundromat, who advised the stains were grease from the inside of the washer. No refund was given from this place. Will definitely not be back and do not recommend this place. One star is too good for this place. read more

At first it seemed like a great alternative to the laundry site at my apt complex. The washers are more expensive but you have a choice in size. My last visit will be my last though. Several dryers were not working. They were not labeled. When I went to inquire with the attendant, she just said use the ones closer to the wall. It was still hit or miss. The VTM machine was acting extremely screwy, I got to the screen where you insert bills to load money onto your card and it backed out on its own before I got a chance to insert any bills, which obviously frustrated need. I told the girl working the desk it wasn't working and she got an attitude with me saying It's working fine and then said "please don't hit the machine." I had shown no signs of violence. I was very impressed with the cleanliness maintained at this location. Its the best laundromat I have been to since I moved from out of state about a month ago. So what if they make you buy a card? Where I moved from, there are hardly any laundromats left that let you use quarters.I would rather pay a little more and get to do my laundry in a very clean location where the washers and dryers are well kept. Although I have been to other laundromats that are not as clean and well maintained and this one, but the prices are about the same. I was very pleased with the staff as well. read more

Today was my first time visiting had to wash a king size blanket that wouldn't fit in my washer. Place was very clean and plenty of seating. There's also a credit card machine which worked out perfectly for me being that I never have cash. The only down side the ladies that work there did not speak. I feel that's rude when someone is spending money in your establishment. The lighting is bright and nice size TV for entertainment and free wifi. read more

This laundromat is always quiet and I have never had to wait more then 10 minutes to use the biggest machine it costs 9 dollars but I can fit everything I bring and always get my clothes clean. I have yet to have any bad experiences. Make sure you bring enough cash to load you card they don't give change but you can also use debit. So as long as you come prepared you shouldn't have any problems. The place is very clean and staff is always available. read more

I'd give it 4 or 5 stars maybe a 3. But the treatment I got from Manager today. I hope nobody ever have to go through what I went through. I walked in loaded my laundry in the washing machine. I went to Walmart nextdoor to use bathroom. After that came back to laundromat I realized I didn't push start button to start the washing so I did that. So I sat down waiting for my laundry to finish. Then the manager walks up to me and ask me to leave if wasn't doing any laundry. I said" I am doing laundry & my clothes are washing in the machine". He said "Ok" & went on about his business. So then my laundry was done washing and put them in the dryer. Sat back down waiting for them dry for 32 minutes. I looked over at the dryer & my clothes were done. Then just when I was about to get up to get my clothes from dryer, his associate walks to to ask the same question then she follows up with "The manager just called the JSO to have me removed"​because he told me once to leave. I explained to her that I told him that I am doing laundry & that my clothes are in the dryer. So she said "I'll talk to him & explain the situation". I didn't say anything I was too upset with this going on that I wanted to comfort this @**$#&! & curse him out. But didn't. So got my clothes to make my way out the door, the lady associate talked to me & I calm down for bit. She was nice to me I appreciated her for that & I thanked her for the kind words she said to me. I left the laundromat but still left with angrier & frustrated knowing the place I did laundry for a month with no issues, today was hard to decide should I go back again or not. I'm not sure yet though. That's my rant for how I was treated. I hope people read this & not go through what I went through today. read more

i havent been to a public laundromat in like, 15 years..i had two queen size comforters that i wanted to wash and brought them up here thinking they would weigh them to give me a price..the woman working there was very rude and told me it was $25 a blanket..um..no thank you..so i decided i would wash them there myself..well you have to take out money at the atm, then buy a plastic laundry card, then load money on that card, then buy your soap and dryer sheets and load the machines..while i was walking around lost trying to figure out this whole "quarters dont exist here" system..no one that worked there thought to ask if i needed help..well i figured it all out, and washed my two comforters in a mega load machine, just like she was going to do and charge me a total of $50.. for under $20.. read more
