I drive the food back to the restaurant and have them make it over again because, let's face it, it will be cold by the time I get back home and eat it. The lady seemed to have an attitude about it and as she was finishing my order, I asked for replacement hot oil because I dumped the majority of it on the first order of chicken. Now she's got a real attitude and tries to charge me $.50 for a replacement hot oil after in total, having to wait for my food for an hour.
