Let me start off by saying, the initial conversation I had with Mike he was so nice and accommodating but when something is too good to be true it usually is. I contacted him about a month ago on the account that I needed a party bus for this past Saturday. The original company I booked with just up and closed out of nowhere and I was left scouring the internet. The thing that got me in this mess in the first place was the Yelp reviews here. Mike was super easy to work with knowing our situation. He had given myself and my fiancée all the info we needed and we were excited. We chatted the night before our event and he let us know 10% of the service goes to the company and the additional 10% was your discretion, mutually agreeing that this was a tip included. That evening, my driver had called me as well to discuss pick up drop off and protocol. He let me know he'd show up earlier so we could take care of transactions from the get to- great! Had no prob with that. He said tip was not included but Mike let me know it was that other 10% , so I took this as a minor misunderstanding. Fast forward to Saturday and probably the worst service experience I have ever had in my life. Dave called us to let us know he arrived so we can pack up the bus and take care of everything. We headed down with everyone and Dave was there in what looked like a nice bus, wrong wait for that later. Dave was very cold and rude, total change in demeanor from our Friday night chat. He demanded the money on the spot and then said that there was no tip. I said yes, mike let me know the additional 10% was at my discretion and that is your tip. He said no that's not how this works, I need my tip now and basically was blocking myself and my fiancée from getting on the bus until he got his tip. I work in the service industry and I have NEVER heard of this! How are you supposed too tip on a service you haven't even had yet?! THIS REVIEW GETS BETTER. So we pay Dave, and as I'm walking onto the bus, my heart drops. The bus was dated, and smelled very bad and seeing as it was almost 90 on Saturday it felt like a sauna in there. We had 13 people fit but we were sweating and told that's the highest the air goes in the bus. When we asked where we could our music in, we were given a Bose speaker that needed to be plugged into the front, but the surround system in the bus didn't work. So we were on our way to a concert and if you didn't sit at the middle to front of the bus you could barely hear anything. Dave was driving insane! It's the fastest I've ever felt a party bus go and hello! Theres no seat belts and even though we were sitting down we were falling All over eachother! At this point I am livid! We get to tinley, rally on off and chat with Dave about where to meet up, that was all fine. Dave let's us know he's in the lot around 11 our pickup time and we start making our way out. At this point In the huge crowd we had gotten separated from my sister and her friend were frantically trying to call her! We were very worried my dad was on the phone kept trying to call her and i understand we had the bus for a certain time but my dad explained the situation to Dave very nicely and he was so rude to him telling him there's a schedule and so on for a reason! We had to leave without my sister because of this man! On the way home, he literally had to be speeding down the express lane because I felt like I was in fast and the furious! My one girlfriend who Didn't even drink that night because she has vertigo, almost had to vomit on the bus because he was going so fast and it was making her physically ill! Also, the air magically was freezing on the way home which was so coincidental seeing as our clothes were sticking to us just a mere few hours ago! I think the best part of this entire experience is that we dumped our coolers ice infront of our building in the street, and once we all departed, Dave used what looked like a dirty mop to dip into that street cooler water/ice and went into the bus which I assume he was using to clean! So disgusting! Mike was a nice guy in general, but since Sunday I have emailed him 3 times, called him twice and texted him and have heard nothing. Didn't wanna do this Mike! I will be contacting chase to get charges reversed! All in all, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm going to be contacting better business bureau cause this was a nightmare and I'm out $900 now! read more

Soooooo my whole experience was great. I was planning a birthday party for a 26 year old female and I could not have been happier with the result. We had no where to pregame and we thought.. why dont we get a party bus.. Now most of peoples experiences with party buses are not good. They are expensive and just a one time event. I will say that I would definitely use Limotainment again. Mike is freaking amazing. As you can see from all of the reviews.. His wife is like the luckiest girl in the world.. I swear I have not even met this guy face to face and I was thinking about this in my head haha. In summary, Mike was great to work with. He was flexible, and just had outstanding business ethics. He wasnt trying to rip you off essentially. I hate throwing these kinds of things honestly, because in the end the person who puts down the money always gets ripped off. Didnt happen. He was THE BEST! even for a 49ers fan. Ok on further to the bus before I sound like a creep. We had a unfortunate circumstance happen to our group in which their needed to be immediate, (i mean immediate a week in advance), adjustments to our schedule and contract. Mike was willing to help. He understood our circumstances and worked with us to make it work. That is someone I would definitely use again. The limo was clean, large and in charge. The lights in their were great. It was very spacious and not crowded. Sound system worked perfectly. THe driver took us wherever we wanted to go. He drove very well and was highly skilled. He showed up 15 minutes early, answered any questions, was very accomodating. Bus was stocked with beer and champaign. Everyone had a great time. So yea.. my reaction WOW. NICE. AMAZING. GREATFUL. APPRECIATIVE.. All that stuff... If you are looking for a bus for a event.. I would say if you do not consider limotainment you are an idiot. Talk to Mike! He will adapt the bus to your needs. This is my second review of Limotainment. I have now been on all the busses, as the people I took with me on my first ride have all booked it and used it for seperate occasions. My most recent outing took me and a bunch of friends out for an adventure. Of all the trolly and limobusses I have been on in the city, Mike and Limotainment are easily the best. Regardless of which bus you go on, they will be clean, and comfortable. He definitely spent some time upgrading the music system and touch screen interface to make it even easier to control, and let me tell you, loud! I have been on with 3 different drivers now and, while Priest is definitely the best, all of them are professional and genuinely seem to care about creating a positive and safe environment for the guests. Mike also makes it as easy as possible to work with him and makes the entire experience easy and stress free. If and when I find myself needing a limobus service, I know there is only one place I am turning to. read more

My friends and I were originally going to book a trolley to take us around Chicago at night for a friends birthday when I came across Limotainment's website. We ended up choosing Limotainment because not only was the price cheaper for what we wanted but it was also a much nicer vehicle inside (I didn't think you could rent out a bus with HD's and wrap-around leather couches that basically made it look like a club lounge for this kinda $$)...and there was free alcohol which was obviously played a major role in our plan to have a birthday party. The driver seemed to know the city well based on his being able to get us to wherever we wanted in Chicago. Also, the owner of the company was riding shotgun and made sure we got into the bars alright, restocked our beer, and was in general very accomodating and generous. This trip was awesome, I don't know how i haven't heard about this company by word of mouth yet - definitely one of Chicago's little secrets. read more

This is a great company to do business with! they are looking out for you and want to make sure you have a good night with no hassles. they are prompt with their limo service and get you where you need to go in the timing that you ask. the limo-bus itself is very nice with a very good sound system. well cooled and im assuming itd be well heated when necessary as well (i hired them for Prom in hot weather) the one thing about their limo-bus is that they advertised it as a 30 person bus, and my prom group had but 29 people but the seating was tight with one or two of us forced to sit on top of the drink cooler compartments. the head honcho over at limotainment was super friendly and easy to communicate and work with, ONLY once you got a hold of him. it took a couple of days and calls to get him to pick up my call and before then there was no response to my calls even though i left a voice message. read more

We needed a trolley for an Aug 2020 wedding. I was a little skeptical as some trolley companies had gone out of business and given the shutdown, there were no fresh reviews on Limotainment or any others. When I spoke with Mike the owner of Limotainment, he was very professional and eager to help turn a wedding in the pandemic time into a special, great wedding. We had many pickups, drop offs and places to visit. Mike had it all prepared. Priest, the wonderful driver, was early, knew exactly what the schedule was and hit every spot on time or early. The trolley itself was very clean and the wedding party had a great time in the city for pictures. The process was easy, with no stress and the day was perfectly executed by Mike and Priest. Wish there was a 6th star!! Booked Limotainment as part of my wedding celebration. We had myself, my wife, and 14 bridal party members - and it was legitimately a party on wheels for 3+ hours. Mike Yonk did a top-notch job with everything - from the music selection (IPod compatible, champagne & beer (both in coolers), glasses, light show inside, A/C on a hot July day, and on and on. Mike was great and very easy to work with. He made sure that all our details and wishes were personally carried out. This is why I would recommend this bus/company without reservation - for whatever type of event - corporate, wedding, party, etc., you will not have to worry about the atmosphere of the bus - because Mike helps craft it along with you. read more

We used Limotainment (the large black limo bus) for our wedding two weeks ago. When booking, our concern was definitely if it was a little too big for some of the narrow streets we would have to get down. Priest (the driver) is a champ! He is a ton of fun and navigates the streets like nothing we have seen before. He was early to pick us up, the bus was very well air conditioned, bar was well stocked and we easily hooked up our i-pod to the entertainment system. Mike is very professional and very quick to get back to you with any questions. Used this company to book a trolley for our wedding this past weekend. Everything went off without a hitch and we were very happy with the results. Trolley was on time, was spotless inside, and was already stocked with ice for us. Earnest our driver was very friendly, polite, and extremely accommodating, and we were happy to have him along with us. My family used Limotainment for an engagement party, and we had such a great experience! Our driver was very knowledgeable, and made sure we had a great time. I tried out limotainment a few weeks back after hearing good things from friends. Now I have been on several trolley rides, stretch hummers and party buses and can honestly say this easily tops them all. First and foremost, dealing with Mike Yonk makes the set-up process 3x easier than other places. You can tell he actually cares about the business and wants to ensure that you have the best time possible. The bus itself is amazing with TV's, sound system and tall enough for pretty much anyone to stand and move around. I will certainly be using the service again in the future. read more

We had our wedding this past weekend and chose limotainment for our party bus. We had a "first look" at the wedding venue then drove around the city for all the great city photos. The bus came stocked with beer, champagne, waters, pop, etc. Our driver, Priest, was great. Dealing with the owner, Mike, was easy. The limo bus itself was the coolest thing any of us had seen. Excellent driving, excellent driver and a nice clean limo would be good-enough qualifications for a Limo company to some...But Limotainment went way beyond expectations. The space itself is quite large. I never felt like I was stepping all over people to move around the bus. The sound system is amazing and they have an easy-to-use media interface to operate and be your own DJ. They have ample bar space that made it easy for our group to chill our drinks. I recently used limotainment for my yearly halloween party. Mike was helpful in making sure the event went smoothly and that all my questions were answered. The bus was clean and supplied with all the beers we could drink. The driver was extremely profession and nice and made sure the route went as planned. I worked with Michael to reserve a party bus for my sister's bachelorette party. We reserved one of the smallest busses (there was only 10 of us) and I got a text the morning of from Michael letting me know that we were getting a free upgrade to the newest and nicest bus in the city! Needless to say, the bus was INCREDIBLE. Our driver was a lot of fun and was willing to drive us anywhere we wanted to go and was always smiling. I would highly recommend this to others. We had an employee outing and used Limotainment for our transportation. Could not have been happier with everything from start to finish. Mike and Priest were absolutely great. The party bus was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we need and plenty of space for our 25 person group. Limotainment is all about Customer Service! Shame on me for taking so long to write this. We used Limotainment to celebrate my daughter's 21st Birthday in June and transported 14 passengers downtown. We encountered a snag in plans and Mike, the owner stepped in and more than accommodated our plans. He had a larger bus available, which was spotless and absolutely beautiful.
