My dad and I rented a motorhome from Cruise America to drive my aunt and her spouse from Missouri…read moreto California. The vehicle had a missing dipstick tube, a real safety issue their own mechanic waved off with "just don't insert it too far." A propane leak forced me to shut off the system mid-trip, which meant no refrigeration for my sister-in-law's insulin and three unplanned nights in hotels. I thought that would have been the hard part but turns out that was the easier part of our trip. When my dad returned the vehicle, the woman working the counter refused to even look at the paperwork, told him "that's not my problem," when he described the issues and wouldn't give me her name. When he started taking photos of the RV to document the return, she ran out, shouted profanity, and shoved HIM, then called 911 and told the dispatcher he was intoxicated and threatening her. None of that was true. Two Downey PD officers responded, and did not cite, arrest, or asked him to leave. In fact, they asked if he wanted to file a charge of assault. I later learned she is the actual owner of this Xpress Auto Rental location, not just an employee, which makes the behavior even harder to excuse, since there's no manager above her to hold this accountable. My dad is in his 70s and it was really hard to witness this business owner screaming, pushing and falsely claiming untrue things. Cruise America corporate reviewed my complaint and refunded the full amount we were owed, which tells you they took this seriously. I waited to review until the complaint was settled but if you are considering renting here, know that this is who you'll be dealing with, and does someone like that really deserve your money.

ABOUT THE COMPANY: This company is as professional and courteous as they come. Michael not only was very patient with the fact that I WAS running late to pick up the car (he had another client to accommodate), BUT e also took some time to show me the many features of the BMW i8. In addition, he was very responsive, thorough, and communicated very well whether it was via text or phone call. This company is nothing short of amazing wen it comes to accommodating clients and meeting their needs in a professional manner. ABOUT THE BMW i8: Well, what can I say? It's a BMW i8. I had the privilege of driving my clients around in a $150,000+ exotic vehicle. The car was clean and gassed up for me to get in and go. My clients were EXTREMELY IMPRESSED when I came to pick them up in this car (1 client one day, the second client the next day). In this industry (web development) there is a LOT of competition, so you have to stand out. THIS CAR allowed me to do just that. Drives beautifully, shifts gracefully, and is great on gas. CONCLUSION: I will definitely be renting THIS CAR for all my business meetings or if I just want to cruise down PCH for a day or two just to explore the beachside and the beautiful sights LA has to offer. I highly recommend MX Transportation if you are looking for a company to overdeliver and go above and beyond to meet your expectations in service, quality, and professionalism. I was looking for something stylish, powerful, and head-turning for a special occasion, and they delivered beyond anything I hoped for. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. Booking the car was extremely easy -- their staff was quick to respond, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I was 100% comfortable before finalizing anything. They walked me through the terms in a respectful, professional manner and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Everything was explained upfront -- the cost, deposit, mileage, insurance -- no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was spotless and fully detailed, ready to go. I rented the white BMW M440i and let me just say: the car was an absolute dream. Sleek design, powerful engine, top-of-the-line handling, and just the right blend of luxury and performance. Everywhere I went, people turned their heads and asked me about it. The photos I'm including here speak for themselves. But what really sets Vem Exotic Rentals apart is their service. The people running this business genuinely care about their clients. They checked in with me shortly after I drove off to make sure everything was running smoothly. During the rental, they were responsive and available for any questions. And when it came time to return the car, the process was just as seamless as the pickup -- no long waits, no unnecessary inspections, just a clean and honest wrap-up. I've rented exotic cars from other places before, but I've never felt this well taken care of. Vem didn't just give me a car -- they gave me a full experience: confidence, class, and excitement in one package. Go with Vem Exotic Rentals. You'll get stunning cars, fair pricing, and five-star service that makes you feel like royalty. I'll definitely be returning, and I've already recommended them to several friends. Thank you for an unforgettable ride
