    Would give zero stars if I could! The car was filthy inside and out and customer service was horrible.. even from the owner Lucas. Even if it weren't Covid, the fact that they do not clean their cars in between rentals is disgusting! I found saw hair, trash, charging bases and even a used water bottle under the seat in the back! My dealership only uses this company for rentals so now I'm going to another dealership so I can get a clean rental!

    Had a last minute trip for my teenager and his buddies. Xpress Auto Rental delivered on our family trip needs. I originally made a reservation to one of those big corporate car rentals. I heard all the extra requirements and was not a guaranteed car "something comparable". Contingency words are no options in my book. I found Xpress Auto Rentals through Yelp. Read a few reviews and thought why not! Well, the reviews were an understatement of the excellent service, price, vehicle options, and ease of the whole process in and out. Rented a 12 Passenger van. Super clean, smooth ride, and kids loved it. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. They have it all! RV's, Passenger vans, moving trucks, and so many cars. Thank you so much. You have a long term client out of me

    I rented an RV through Cruise America and went into the Carson location where I was treated with scoffs and employees who are annoyed with customers asking questions and it's clear that they hate life. Well I changed my reservation from the drab Carson location to this one. I called a few times and asked several questions before I even went in and was greeted joyfully and all my annoying questions and concerns were addressed. The day of our rental, we were contacted that morning and told our rental was vandalized, they offered us an alternative which was fine. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and positivity despite what happened. The gentleman were amazing. The RV was in GREAT condition and they showed us how to properly use everything. This was my first camping experience and this company provided the main tool to make it memorable. This will be my go to spot for all my rental needs in the future. The customer service was amazing!

The scene was, in technical terms, absolute pandemonium. Customers everywhere, tasks piling up, and one employee... holding a plate of food while promising to "get back to me shortly," which is never a reassuring phrase when you're trying to return a vehicle. Enter Brooke. Despite clearly juggling multiple responsibilities at once--like some sort of customer service octopus--she took the initiative to approach me and ask if I needed assistance. No prompting, no dramatic sighing, no passive avoidance. Just... help. Immediate, efficient, and refreshingly (that's "human," for those less multilingual). She proceeded to handle my return seamlessly, closing out the order with the kind of competence that makes you briefly consider writing a thank-you email... or, in this case, a Yelp review. In a world where being ignored is often the default setting, Brooke chose excellence instead. Efficient, attentive, and proactive--three traits I wish were more widely installed in customer service representatives. 10/10. Would gladly be helped by Brooke again. Preferably without the background chaos, but one mustn't be greedy.

Joe then told me he would be "right back," but instead informed me that my driver's license was invalid even though it is a valid, unexpired Georgia-issued license. I had rented from this same location just two weeks prior with no issue using the same license. When I asked for clarification, Joe repeatedly stated that there was no bias involved but did not provide a clear or legitimate reason for refusing the rental. I was referred to this location because my vehicle is currently being repaired across the street at Jeep, making the situation especially inconvenient. Based on this experience, I would recommend exploring alternative rental options. I personally had a much better experience booking through Priceline at a significantly lower cost.

When I arrived, the facility was quite busy, but Ahmad managed every customer with respect and patience while still maintaining efficiency. Normally I never had any issues with Enterprise and have been using them for rentals for years (mainly the Gardena location). Since moving, I've had to change my main Enterprise location due to proximity. The first two experiences I had were not out of this world (didn't expect it to be) and had some slightly questionable interactions (ie: me telling the staff member that i could not tell how much gas was in the car on my way back because the number kept drastically changing for the mileage so I wasn't sure of how much was really there and he did not show any concern about the vehicle's function). My third experience with location is my reason for my review. I went to this Enterprise in October 2025, did the usual transaction, packed everyone up and went on our way. After 4-5 hours without stopping, we made it to our destination and my front passenger could not get out of the car. The door appeared to be stuck? I walked around and was able to open the door from the outside only. Did we think it was annoying? Yes. Did we want to make a big deal out of it at the time? No. Unfortunately for me, I decided to just deal with the messed up door for the weekend since we were not going to use it again until we departed and tell Enterprise about it once I returned the car. Fast forward to returning the car. The staff member did her walk around the car with me and then started to walk back inside. I stopped her (once again unfortunate for me) and told her that the passenger door was having issues. She asked me if it was noticed in the inspection and I told her no because who goes into all of the doors and tests if the door will open? She told me to hold and she got her supervisor/manager. He was the person who inspected the car with me. He pointed out a "crease" on the door that honestly to this day i still could not really see and I believe that he also barely could see that we both missed in the initial inspection due to the angles and lighting. Especially since the staff member who was just helping me did not see it and was ready to walk away until I said something! I got questioned about whether I hit another car or object which did not happen at any point. I truly believe this door had not been working for awhile and I was just finally the person to point it out to them. Based on this "crease", the door would most likely still be functioning and there would have definitely been more visible damage on the outside. I knew there was no fighting with them and let a claim be filed for the front passenger door. I contacted my insurance to let them know what happened to cover my bases and did the waiting game, fully regretting that I decided to speak up about something that should have been caught by Enterprise instead of me. I'm now wondering how they do their evaluations before it gets to their customers. FAST FORWARD AGAIN to March 2026 and I get the bill from Enterprise and there are a bunch of things on the itemized list that I didn't believe would need to be involved in fixing the front passenger door (what does the front lamp have to do with the door?!?). I also noticed more closely that they had pictures in the bill of damage on the car that was never pointed out to me! So they fixed even more damage that THEY did not notice on the vehicle and I got the short end of the stick in the end. I wish I could be mad at whoever caused the damage in the first place, but I'll need to direct my anger towards Enterprise and their apparent negligence and also claiming more than they needed to. At the end of day I believe even if I pointed it out the moment I noticed it, I would have been blamed and been in this same situation. This experience has for sure solidified my decision to no longer go to this location, but now to also probably not use Enterprise again.

Victoria made everything easy to understand and definitely was one of the best at customer service. She was so sweet, patient, and kind with me. They worked with my price range and even got me the car I wanted. Also, This place had good rates for car rentals compared to others I've rented from.

We had been hoping to find an affordable, clean, and reliable Sienna after a bad experience with a previous dealership. The same day we came in to test drive the vehicle, I told Will that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we returned the very next day, he already had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for us to sign. We completed the purchase that day and also dropped off two other vehicles we needed to sell, after Will let us know he could help us with that as well. Working with Will has been a completely different experience from what we've had elsewhere. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time. The vehicle was genuinely in fantastic condition, the paperwork process was efficient, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He also made it clear that if anything came up after the purchase, we could reach out and they would take care of it, which meant a lot to us. Will listed our other vehicles right away and even handles the detailing--either as a paid service or by deducting it from the sale price. He's very transparent about his pricing and only makes $500 on trade-ins, which feels more than fair given the convenience and the amount of work involved. It truly feels like a one-stop shop, and we really appreciate how seamless everything has been. We're looking forward to continuing to work with Will and will absolutely be coming back when we're ready for our next vehicle purchase. Then there was a driver just standing around asking when he was supposed to take his lunch? The lack of staffing and coordination created unnecessary delays and frustration. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. I expected a much more reliable and professional experience, especially with a confirmed reservation. I call the 800 # They took all my information and was supposed to book me a car. They never called back. Thank goodness we didn't wait. I also called the Whittier location and wow the service over phone was worse and it was a manager. I have now booked out of my city!! What I shouldn't have to do.
