We had an issue with the headlight and I talked to Kevin and again to my surprise, they went above and beyond again to not only make sure it was fixed but they also covered the cost. Definitely would recommend them as the little shop definitely outshined the big corporate ones. Keep up the great work!!

My garage was so full of tools I couldn't get any work done as I couldn't get to any of them! The trailer I needed was on location but needed ladder racks. First I dealt with the owner first hand. He told me when the racks would arrive 4 days later with great precision. Only he couldn't tell me if they would arrive in the morning or evening of that day. He knew I was pressed to get the trailer and the racks were arriving on a Friday. Unfortunately the racks arrived an hour before close that Friday. The owner called me immediately and said they had arrived. I had an hour and 30 min drive to York. The owner said he would wait up for me to arrive. Now, that is service!!! Not only did he wait up delaying his holiday weekend, but he was as kind as could be when I got there. Service with a smile! Werner Bros comes highly recommended!

I've been a customer of Mount Joy motors for almost a decade and they used to be a decent business…read morebut lately they have gone downhill. In the last 6 months I had to have a full brake job (rotors, pads, calipers) done twice because they claimed the brand new calipers they had put on were defective. The caliper ruined the pad and rotor as well. Then they charged me an extra hours labor to "diagnose" what the problem was. Of course it wasn't there fault and they did nothing to help the situation. Then this past week I tell them my car doors panel is coming loose and that I thought the clips were holding it together.. apparently it was something else that they told me about AFTER completing the job without fixing what was wrong. Within days the new clips all break and the door panels falling off again. I call them back and am told by the secretary that she would discuss it with the manager and call me back. No call. I called back later only to find out his answer was no and once again somehow I, the customer, am to blame and they would not refund me the $55 they charged me to put on several door clips and do it the right way. These people are rude and just want your money. I saw another report on here that stated the same thing so I guess that's just how they do there business now. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.. Stay away from this place!
