One thing that would elevate the experience is having condiments and herbs readily available, such as fresh basil, lime, and bean sprouts served on the side so customers can add them to their preference rather than having them already mixed in. The beef namtok, however, was disappointing--2/10. The flavor profile itself was there, but the beef was very tough and tasted boiled. Traditionally, namtok that I've had is grilled and thinly sliced, which gives it a smoky flavor and more tender texture with the seasoning absorbing into the meat. This version didn't quite deliver that same experience. Overall, the meal wasn't terrible, but there are definitely areas that could be improved. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated.
