It's off-season and I needed a raspberry tart to use for flavor cues for a client's launch of their new Raspberry Tart Wafer protein bar flavor. Due to a food allergy I didn't want to style the tart myself. I contacted a number of local bakeries as well as Plum Market, Whole Foods, Zingermans and more. None could accommodate my specific request. Finally, I came across sweet dreams and they were able to make me a beautiful raspberry tart to use for my images, based on the appearance, I wanted and in a timely manner. The beans which are roasted at their warehouse facility yield a very smooth and full bodied coffee with great aromatics with no harsh notes. The cardamon adds a unique tasting note which I have come to appreciate and love when drinking these Yemini coffees. Relative to the facility it is a bright ultra clean restaurant with a nice industrial vibe. The aesthetics of this business along with their superior coffee make for a very enjoyable and relaxing environment to savor your cup of coffee. Nice! Overall great coffee and a nice relaxing environment are hard to beat where you should check this business out if you are in the West Bloomfield area. There were people who were hard at work and others who were quietly talking to each other. There was a place for me to sit and enjoy my macarons. The macarons were so tasty and just perfect. I picked out the strawberry and took the recommendation of the cashier for the other one. The vanilla coffee cake macaron was quite tasty and I would have it again. It was so nice that they were able to switch my large chai from a stay in the cage version (aka a large coffee cup) to a to-go one when I had to leave. That made it even more special. Two of us got the bubble tea. This is not the first Mochinut we have been to, and the tea is super cute in a can, but ensures you get less product (plus way too much ice) for the price. Really, there are better bubble tea places out there for better value. One got a donut. And others have said, while it was good, not as fresh as it could have been. Does that mean they are not moving the product? The other mochinut in Troy and Mochidough in Troy both move a lot of product, donuts taste fresher. We also got some viral ice creams. We got the chicken burger and the mini fruits. Those were both amazing, but not made by the shop. just sold here. Plus the ice cream was so super overpriced, I can get them both for a fraction of the price, but since we were here and it was on my list, I bought them anyway.
