This place is off Orchard Lake Road and if you blink, you'll miss it. Although spacious in the inside, easy to miss on the outside. You've got your choice of pretty much any middle eastern dessert your heart desires here, IF they have it. Sometimes they have stuff, sometimes less. But they are known for a few speciality items and I suggest you try those! The cheese stuffed pancakes (atayif) are delicious and you could easily eat 12. They are these small delicate mix of soft pancake like outside wrapped around a delicious soft cheese interior. I feel like I could bathe in this-it's so delicious! I've tried the baklava and it wasn't my favorite. I'd stick with their specialities. Might try that almond crispy bread thing next time too! PS: they seem like they could make a killer cake!

My bestie surprised me with a cake from Lily Sweets and it was three layers of vanilla cake with berries and cream. Very light and fresh! I can't speak to the service so the four stars is for the cake.

After we visited Lily Sweets, my friend and I keep thinking about the baklava. We decided to order online and shipped to Ohio. Very please with the package and the fast shipping. It still tastes fresh. I love how crispy and perfect-sweet of the baklava. Thumbs up!

The cashier is extremely rude and was FaceTiming someone the same time I was asking her questions about a cake. Secondly, it looks like a 6 year old wrote this on this $45 cake. Seriously? Won't be back

Mmmmm... the selection was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh and the service was informative. Will def go back!

Really enjoyed the baklava. Not overly sweet, which is a real issue for me. They were very good. I'll be back.

It's off-season and I needed a raspberry tart to use for flavor cues for a client's launch of their new Raspberry Tart Wafer protein bar flavor. Due to a food allergy I didn't want to style the tart myself. I contacted a number of local bakeries as well as Plum Market, Whole Foods, Zingermans and more. None could accommodate my specific request. Finally, I came across sweet dreams and they were able to make me a beautiful raspberry tart to use for my images, based on the appearance, I wanted and in a timely manner. The location and store seem very nice too. And the pastry itself turned out great! Check out the images to see how pretty it was and how perfectly it worked. Call it what you will, in simple layman's terms it is a rice flour based treat that has a unique light weight chewy/stretchy texture that can be covered in a host of sweet toppings/glazes for unique flavor profiles. With this definition in mind, the Mochinuts made at this business are very well made and quite tasty treats that just disappear off your plate. How did that happen (: Realtive to facility and staff, the staff is very friendly and spent the time explaining how these treats are made and what makes them unique from a traditional donut. Building itself is quite clean and bright with some indoor seating and sells other items to include Rice Hotdogs (think hotdog on a stick), Mochi Dumplings (think filled Pierogi's), Taiyaki (rice flour fish with fillings), Ramen and Macrons. Definately a rather unique/eclectic menu from what you typically see in this area. I was pretty enamored with all aspects of this business with the exception of their prices where each Mochinut is $4.50 which is quite steep in my opinion. Having said that, I will be returning in the not to distant future as these Mochinuts are just so darn good.

There is a make your own ramen station so much packed into a tiny spot. But the person working here was really not overly friendly to us. He was certainly friendly to others and his friend who came it, but lukewarm at best if not a tab bit rude to us. Funny, though, there were four of us and we all purchased something. Two of us got the bubble tea. This is not the first Mochinut we have been to, and the tea is super cute in a can, but ensures you get less product (plus way too much ice) for the price. Really, there are better bubble tea places out there for better value. One got a donut. And others have said, while it was good, not as fresh as it could have been. Does that mean they are not moving the product? The other mochinut in Troy and Mochidough in Troy both move a lot of product, donuts taste fresher. We also got some viral ice creams. We got the chicken burger and the mini fruits. Those were both amazing, but not made by the shop. just sold here. Plus the ice cream was so super overpriced, I can get them both for a fraction of the price, but since we were here and it was on my list, I bought them anyway. I am not saying I am not coming, back, but I can buy these corndogs at the grocery store, and get a friendlier service and more value elsewhere, so this could be a one and done for me.

We've been here several times on the weekend (even with the kids). The line is never too long, although it can look long but it moves quickly. All the pastries are in the refrigerated case or sitting atop of the counter for you to ogle and salivate at while you patiently wait to give your order. Everything we've tried has been delicious, almost too decadent from the cakes to croissants to sandwiches. We've also had their coffees and hot chocolate. Can't go wrong with a handcrafted beverage to warm you up or cool you down. They do provide a water carafe on the house you just have to go up and get water yourself either way the cups provided. There is a side register near the exit, not sure if that's just for coffee or pickups. Haven't investigated that yet. They have some seating inside of tables and bar seating but nothing more the a 2-3 seats per table, not a place for a large group. Outside on the patio they have large umbrellas and heat lamps depending on the weather. It's also better luck to find a table that can accommodate 4 outside, although the tables are small cafe tables to it's a little cramped for 4, perfect for 2-3. They have low and high top tables available. If you do have a larger group, there is a park a block and a half up Eton that has picnic tables and benches so you can always take your treasures to go and enjoy some people watching at the park. Ample parking is available in the lot just make sure you go in the correct driveway at the north end since it's a one way in/out situation.
