I understand employees may be busy, so that wasn't my concern. What bothered me was the customer service that followed. I asked for a small Berries Delight and pointed to the individual desserts on the left. Instead, the young man assisting me went to the cakes on the right and attempted to hand me a small cake. I politely stopped him and explained that I wanted the personal-sized Berries Delight on the left. He responded by saying, "Those are called slices," in a tone that came across as rude and condescending. I then asked if I could have a fresh one from the refrigerator because the one in the display case looked like it had been sitting there for a while. He insisted the display one was fine, but I repeated that I would prefer one from the refrigerator. He reluctantly got one and handed it to me, saying, "There's your fresh Berries Delight," in a sarcastic tone. I visit Sweet Dreams regularly--between this location and the previous one, I stop in about four times a month. I've always enjoyed your desserts, which is why this experience was so surprising. I've never been treated this way before. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the quality of customer service should match the quality of your products.

Due to a food allergy I didn't want to style the tart myself. I contacted a number of local bakeries as well as Plum Market, Whole Foods, Zingermans and more. None could accommodate my specific request. Finally, I came across sweet dreams and they were able to make me a beautiful raspberry tart to use for my images, based on the appearance, I wanted and in a timely manner. The beans which are roasted at their warehouse facility yield a very smooth and full bodied coffee with great aromatics with no harsh notes. The cardamon adds a unique tasting note which I have come to appreciate and love when drinking these Yemini coffees. Relative to the facility it is a bright ultra clean restaurant with a nice industrial vibe. The aesthetics of this business along with their superior coffee make for a very enjoyable and relaxing environment to savor your cup of coffee. Nice! Overall great coffee and a nice relaxing environment are hard to beat where you should check this business out if you are in the West Bloomfield area. There were people who were hard at work and others who were quietly talking to each other. There was a place for me to sit and enjoy my macarons. The macarons were so tasty and just perfect. I picked out the strawberry and took the recommendation of the cashier for the other one. The vanilla coffee cake macaron was quite tasty and I would have it again. It was so nice that they were able to switch my large chai from a stay in the cage version (aka a large coffee cup) to a to-go one when I had to leave. That made it even more special. Two of us got the bubble tea. This is not the first Mochinut we have been to, and the tea is super cute in a can, but ensures you get less product (plus way too much ice) for the price. Really, there are better bubble tea places out there for better value. One got a donut. And others have said, while it was good, not as fresh as it could have been. Does that mean they are not moving the product? The other mochinut in Troy and Mochidough in Troy both move a lot of product, donuts taste fresher. We also got some viral ice creams. We got the chicken burger and the mini fruits. Those were both amazing, but not made by the shop. just sold here. I was so irritated! There was a bag of salt for the ice that was sitting by the door but clearly no one had laid salt because I slipped slightly on the way in. The person behind the counter was nice and greeted me when she came out from the back but I couldn't even stomach the smell and was shocked that there were two other folks in the coffee shop sitting there and just taking the smell. There was no way I was ordering coffee out of there, concerned that the cups might be dirty too! I hope they see this review, throw the entire mop and bucket away and just start over. Hint, clean the mop head with bleach and laundry detergent after every mop. Rinse and clean out the bucket too! Do not re-use dirty mop water - like ever.
