I had an excellent experience with Lillywhite! When I moved into my new home last year I thought the pool only needed new plaster, but turns out there were many other problems including plumbing and electrical. I called numerous contractors and everyone had a different idea (and price) on what needed to be done, but none would explain why. Deborah at Lillywhite guided me through the entire process, step by step. When I asked for a recommendation, she gave me one. The process from end to end, took about 6 weeks. Now I have a brand new pool & spa! Take a look at my results, before and after - amazing transformation! Thank you Deborah, Lillywhite family and team!

This review is overdue but well deserved. Sorry I took so long. Lillywhite helped us transform our backyard from a dated 80's orange brick look to a beautiful monochromatic oasis. Deborah was wonderful from the very beginning. She took in what we wanted to accomplish and gave us great ideas to help us accomplish that. The project came in on time and on budget. The crews were very professional and clean. Our tile work is precise and beautiful and our pavers are gorgeous. The few minor hiccups we had along the way were dealt with quickly and efficiently. There are so many terrible contractors out there these days who over promise and under deliver. Lillywhite can be trusted and does great work.

We added a seating wall as well

LilyWhite was amazing to work with. I've been through 4 remodels and although construction and timelines are never exact this was the best crew of people I have ever worked with!!! They don't sub out their work and their guys are great craftsmen. I am so pleased with our new decking fire pit and seating wall. Thank You. I would definitely recommend LilyWhite.

Recently hired them for our pool remodel. Plaster, coping, and new equipment and lighting. No issues noted. This was challenging under the Covid era of delays, but they did their best under the circumstances.

Our pool and hardscape remodel is gorgeous!!! Project start was delayed but that's understandable based on all the COVID delays impacting the pool and spa industry. Lillywhite team was responsive and came to us with options. Once we were started things went fast, communication was great and they worked through some challenges with professionalism. I would recommend them to friends and in fact, already have!!!

Spa, pool, and waterline tile before remodel. Note calcium stained waterline tile and blotchy faded pool plaster.

Working with Deborah and Lillywhite was a pleasure. She was attentive and responsive to our questions and ideas, honest with her opinions when I asked for her thoughts, and the subcontractors were quick, timely and professional. We even modified an standard interior pebble color mix (cuz I thought it would look good in our surroundings) that turned out so nice Deborah even brought another client over to see ours once it was done (though I don't know if that client ultimately went for it LOL). And, as a final nice touch, the interior pebble installer suggested an addition that Deborah just took the initiative to approve and helped result in a final result that was very striking and impressive. Look, remodeling a pool isn't cheap. But after getting half a dozen bids everyone (all contractors with good reviews and reputable) was virtually around the same price point. What made things unique about Lillywhite was how easy it was to work with and relate to Deborah, and home seamlessly the project was handled. Finally, we had a minor issue with a fountain pump that failed within a year. I contacted Deborah. Next thing I know the pump is out of the fountain, and a week later arrived home to find one reinstalled and things up and working again. An honest, pleasant, relatable contractor that makes sure to have a project done quickly, efficiently, and beautifully.

I was in need of some serious rock maintenance for my 7 year old rock pool. The weather and salt system had really taken it's toll. I found Deborah and Lillywhite via facebook referrals and of course the great reviews on yelp. 5 stars all the way! The crew, especially Joel who is true artisan in terms of rock painting, did an amazing job. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. So happy with the result. My pool and backyard deck (we had it restained and sealed) look brand new. Plus they ground down this "toe breaker" rock and a bit of the waterfall left side to allow more even flow. Can't thank Lillywhite pools enough. See you again for my rock touch up and maintenance every two years! You guys are awesome!

Deborah and Scott peovided exceptional service and assistance with our complete pool, spa and deck remodel. From initial design to finish,, Deborah was there every step of the way. From our design concept, She provided us with a 3D rendition of what the pool and backyard would look like. From start to finish, she assisted us with picking tiles, coping, pebbletec material, pool equipment pavers and so much more. Deborah even met us at the tile store to pick out mosaic tiles to enhance the seascape motiff we wanted to accomplish. Arish helped us out quite a bit with samples and keeping the schedule and paperwork straight. After permits were approved, it only took Lillywhite Pools 3 months from start of demolition to completion of the project and the results are awesome. Bear in mind this was during COVID-19 when supplies were in high demand. Prior to the remodel, we had an issue with inadequate drainage in our backyard. Now, the water fliws easily to the multiple drains and drainage is very fast and wonderful. This was a big deal as far as I am concerned and Lillywhite Pools did a phenomenal job. Our project was completed by end of October 2021 and I am writing this review now because I wanted to ensure that things are still going well and working after several months. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results and would highly RECOMMEND LILLYWHITE POOLS to homeowners seeking a quality pool design and remodel. Thank you Deborah and Scott, everyone who has visited us are impressed with our pool and backyard transformation.

I'm amending my previous review....while they did a great job building, the startup of the pool has been disappointing to say the least.

They did a bad job. I would not recommend them. I should have listened to people that told me not to use them.

**CUSTOMER BEWARE**…read more I bought a house back in 2021 and Matt's service came with the pool. As far as I knew, everything seemed like it was being maintained properly, and I kept him until Jan 1st 2024. At that point, as a New Year's resolution, I decided that based on the economics (he had called me and told me most of his customers were bumped up to $150 a month back in Oct or Nov), I should just take over handling my pool since I work from home and keep a vacuum plugged in about 99% of the time. He was always very friendly about payment, and extremely affable in general. Never an issue with him *at all*. This is all pretty much still the good part. Long story short, I went and tested my pool. Mind you, he hadn't been there for about a week already and they had always put 2-3 3" tablets in a floater, every single week, all year long. Chlorine demand is a lot less in the winter, but actually testing the water would have told him he didn't need to keep adding so much. When I tested my pool, I found my CYA at 167. Chlorine was 3.4 times max (5.0ppm is max, it was 16.7) Max CYA should ever be is 100, and at that point you should drain either fully or partially and refill with fresh water. When the CYA is that high, chlorine doesn't work as well, to the point that from 30 to 40 ppm CYA, chlorine is 7.8% less effective at killing algae or bacteria. CYA is what comes as "pool conditioner" and it never evaporates or leaves the pool once added. For as high as it was, my only recourse was a full drain, pressure wash, and refill / re-balance. What's worse is that it's included with all of the "stabilized" chlorine products like the 3" tabs I'd watched him put in my pool for over 2 years. On top of it, he charged me for "conditioning" my pool as part of the monthly service, which only made it worse. And it was complete fraud because it only needs that when you do a fresh fill. CYA *NEVER LEAVES YOUR POOL EVEN WHEN THE WATER EVAPORATES*. Matt wasn't the guy who normally worked on my pool. The guy who did never used a test vial to test the pool, he'd just drop a few drops directly into the pool and "look" at it to see. He also never, ever, tested for CYA, but instead just charged me and added it. Also, you can never use tablets in a pool and not have to do that. So any pool guy who uses tablets rather than powder or liquid chlorine is literally screwing up your pool. Then there's the every 3 months charges for filter service. This should mean cracking the filter case open, cleaning it all out, putting back in the specific amount of DE specified by the manufacturer. In my case, I had been charged for it in October, but based on the condition it was likely not done for at least a couple of years, and they would charge me every time he spent 1.5 minutes doing a simple backflush. Then he'd add back DE roughly guessing with no measurements, how much he should add in. Too much DE and it bypasses the filter, making the water cloudy, and this is also why when I drained out the pool the final 1/4" inch was grey DE sludge. The process to properly clean out the filter, and replace the filter o-ring which their's no way he would have gotten the lid back on without replacing it, shows clearly I was charged and the service wasn't performed. **BUYER BEWARE** Also, after the fact, about 2 weeks after I had told him we're gonna try handling it, I ended up texting him with all the crazy stuff I found. Amazingly, the guy who always answered phone calls had not even a single answer. I won't say I completely hate the pool stores. Spare parts and basic chemicals if they price match is pretty good. Free water testing, that's pretty comprehensive and matches my own reagent test results is great. Highly recommend everyone who uses this dude go read up at https://troublefreepool.com/ and stop getting hosed by stores and contractors. I'm not sure Matt's unique in the local industry, but the fact is I can do everything they would do and more with about 5 minutes every couple of days, and maybe 10 minutes on Saturday. Every 3-6 months I might put 30 minutes effort into thoroughly cleaning my filter grids and total cost of chemicals might put me in the $6-800 a year range. With Matt I was running around $2k a year with the upcharges every few months and they did virtually none of the work I was happily paying for, thinking it was well being well maintained. He also indicated he'd been doing my pool for nearly 20 years. What a guy!
