    Roasted Free-Range Half Chicken
    Melissa T.

My husband and I came here for dinner with our toddler on a Monday night. I started off with a Pumpkin Spice White Russian, which unfortunately was too strong for me. We ordered Lilly's Sprouts as an app, which were nicely roasted but could have used some sort of sauce. For my entree, I ordered the Roasted Free-Range Half Chicken, my husband ordered the Dublin Style Fish and Chips, and we ordered a side of Baked Macaroni and Cheese for our daughter. The chicken and fish were good meals, but I think they were overpriced. For a side dish, the macaroni and cheese was massive - I sampled it and thought it was good, but my daughter didn't end up eating it. Although we were seated right away, the service throughout our stay seemed to be on the slower side. Our food took long to come out and waiting for the check was no different. I had to leave my husband to wait because my daughter was ready to go!

    Lilly's Beef Wellington $64

I had to get a take-out order because I couldn't bring my dog to dine in with me which I understand that. The con part of taking out was the food won't be good as you eat at the restaurant. If something wrong with the food and you don't have any access or cooking wear to fix it yourself, you will have to accept it or just throw it away. My husband and I were blessed enough to be able to bring it to our place and eat at the hotel cafe. We ordered..... - Porterhouse: looked good from outside. we told the restaurant to make it medium but the steak still more rare so the rest of rare part, we gave it to our dog, and he loved it. 7/10 - Lilly's Beef Wellington: Prime 8oz Filet Mignon with wild mushroom in red wine glaze. I rarely see mushroom inside the wrap. Beef was good and perfectly cooked. I just didn't like the dish, so I gave it to my husband that was still hungry from giving half of his steak that wasn't cooked enough to our dog. 7/10 Overall, food was ok, I wish I could eat that the restaurant.

    Fried Brie French onion soup

Try to make reservations before you go especially on the weekends as it gets very busy! We didn't have to wait too long for a table of 2 At around 7pm and were able to have a drink at the bar. For our appetizer we had the fried Brie and the French onion soup. Both were extremely delicious! For our entree we had the filet and seafood linguini pasta. Our food was flavorful! The only downside is that they were so busy our server forgot about us. The host was super friendly though and brought our icecream on the house to celebrate my Fiancés birthday which was nice! I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town!

The owner of the Airbnb we were staying recommended this place and we are glad they did. It's on Main Street and easy to get to. Staff were friendly and the ambiance was nice inside. It was packed on a Sunday night. My husband and me shared a steak with sides and had the octopus for an app and all was delicious! Steak isn't always the first thing I order but wanted to taste it here. Was very pleased! From flavor to texture! I recommend this steakhouse!

    Baked sole

If you would have told me that the most delicious sole would be found in upstate NY, I would have been surprised -- However, the baked sole is absolutely melt-in-your mouth delicious -- and the portion is enormous! The lovely waitress shared that the portions were massive and she wasn't kidding us. We also had a tomato appetizer, cooked spinach (really amazing), broccoli, baked potatoes, and salmon. I was stuffed -- in a good way.

Went to lilys lastnight with my fiance. I'd like to start off by saying that I have been stuck on the toilet all morning after dining there lastnight. Our server was nice and attentive! The food was mediocre and very over priced! I ordered a Pepsi which was diet at first and then when I was given a regular Pepsi I was appalled to taste sulfur mixed into the drink. The server mentioned the water they have which has sulfur in it mixes into the soda. Yikes! We started with a Caesar salad that had very small cut pieces of romaine almost like it came from a bag. We then had a French onion soup which came out so piping hot that we couldn't enjoy it let alone eat the cheese which curdled into a ball and fell to the bottom of the soup due to its temperature. My wife had the penne ala vodka a 38$ meal and she said she liked it but she is also regretting that on the toilet this morning. I had the chicken Parmesan chicken a 38$ meal was barely beaten and held a lot of moisture almost watery. The pasta was over cooked and very soft. And the red sauce was also not salty almost bland and had a watered down taste to it. I didn't enjoy it much and like I said before I'm currently fighting for my life in my bathroom . The check was 140$ which I thought was alittle over priced but I still tipped 20%. I probably will not be going back here!

    Service charge
    Eileen S.

Avoid this restaurant like the plague. Service was slow. Meal was just ok. Prices are extremely high for the area. That is not the reason for this review. They charge a 5% surcharge for using a credit card. Nowhere on the menu, door, etc. do they mention this exhorbitant charge. When I questioned the waiter, he got beligerant. He claimed it was a discount for paying cash. I'm calling bs on that.

Ambiance and aesthetic is candlelit romantic. Food was so delicious. It is a small menu and I believe it might change depending on the season. For appetizers we ordered ends meat city ham & herb mustard and dauphhine potatoes. Those potatoes are a must order for sure ! But let's talk about the amish golden chicken, wow it was incredible so please order this dish if on the menu! It was cooked and it sauces to its perfection. The lentils with gouda were also delicious. Cocktails are a little strong and my favorite was the Tijuana turtleneck . For dessert we ordered the Matilda sundae and chocolate mousse- they were delightful.

I would like to go back but they have so few options it's not fun or interesting. Yes the food is good. I wish I could get the "full" menu at the bar. I like the fact that you see food you don't see anywhere else up here and it is quality and well prepared. What really bothers us is that you must order everything up front. This is really unacceptable. My wife and I like to order appetizers with appropriate wine and then see which way we are going. Yes I understand it's easier on the kitchen but comm on: you only have three entrees!!!!! The bartending couple that work there are knowledgeable and professional. The wine is not kept behind the bar bit strangely kept on a table outside the kitchen. Really awkward. That being said we would like to go back but will not due to the aforementioned reasons. It's a shame this place could be great.

It's the kind of place where the floorboards have stories and the Guinness is poured with the respect it deserves. One of the coolest things about Jimmy's is the family legacy. The bar is a pillar of the local community, and if you're a fan of snowboarding, you've likely heard of John (Johnny) O'Connor. John grew up right here in Windham and went on to become a famous professional snowboarder (riding for brands like CAPiTA). His roots in the mountain culture are baked into the atmosphere of the pub, making it a "must-visit" for anyone who respects East Coast riding history. The Burgers: While the menu covers all the pub classics, the Jimmy O's Burger is the go-to. It's a no-nonsense, juicy mountain burger that hits the spot after a day of freezing temperatures. Pair it with a basket of "Jimmy Fries" and a pint of Murphy's Irish Stout. The Vibe: It feels like a true public house. You'll find a mix of muddy hiking boots, snow pants, and local regulars all sharing the same space. Entertainment: Jukebox & Felt The back of the pub is where the real fun happens: The Pool Table: It's almost always in use, serving as the center of gravity for the room. The Jukebox: It provides the perfect soundtrack to a night of "just one more drink." Whether it's classic rock or Irish folk, the music keeps the energy high without drowning out the conversation. Note: Just a heads-up that Jimmy O'Connor's was recently listed for sale to find its "next chapter" after 50 years of family ownership, so now is the perfect time to visit and experience its classic legacy!

Service throughout the meal was painfully slow. There were only two waitresses working the entire restaurant, including an outdoor patio area. They were doing their absolute best, but it was just too much for two people. One of the waitresses didn't seem too familiar with the table identification system. Whenever a dish came out from the kitchen, she'd ask several different tables if the dish was what they ordered, seemingly having no idea which food belonged to which party. This was pretty bizarre and inefficient. They apparently forgot about our order. We ordered nachos as an appetizer, but they didn't come out until after our entrees arrived so we didn't end up keeping them. They did provide complimentary chips and black bean dip, so we at least had something to munch on during the long wait. We saw several tables that received no service at all, and folks had to get up to ask for their check and pay, because the waitresses were just too busy to stop by the tables. For an entree, I had the veggie tacos. The veggies included squash, zucchini, and onions. An order came with three tacos, as well as red and green salsa, black bean dip, and rice. The rice was mushy and the black bean dip wasn't super flavorful. The tacos were okay, but made better by a dousing of habanero hot sauce. My husband also got a horchata beverage and enjoyed it. I felt bad for the waitresses, as there was only so much they could do. In addition to serving, they bussed the tables, prepared the drinks, and served as hostesses. The food could've been better, but the service really tanked the experience.
