Before I went into the store, I called and was told I didn't need an appointment.I was coming in from out of town. The lady on the phone was very dismissive and unconcerned. I went to the store several days later and was given a reasonable wait time. While browsing, a man, whom I now know is the owner, approached my friend and said he heard me ask about getting measured for a bra and wanted to make sure I was going to buy one. REALLY? What an utterly rude and base inquiry. Couldn't you think of anything better to say to a potentially new customer? The customer service is just awful - very self impressed crew. I left immediately and did very well elsewhere. Stay away!
