Owner of this shop has not even reached out once after multiple calls to apologize for the inconvenience or even offer some kind of break after all this trouble (and still having the wrong dress). I would never come back here or recommend anyone go here. Owner is a terrible business person and should be ashamed of themselves for not doing right by customers. My one star was for the 2 sales people who helped me when I went to pick up the dress. Both were sympathetic - 1 assisted in placing the express shipped order of the 2nd dress and the other tried to have owner reach out to me for an explanation. 0 stars to the shitty owner who still has not called me.
