I've worked in the pet sitting business myself years back, so when Loretta immediately contacted me and then came by to meet the cats, I was wary to see what we were up against. I shouldn't have had even the slightest concern! Loretta is both warm and personable, asks a ton of questions so she knew what we wanted, and got to know each of our kitties. They took to her right away (even the skittish one!) and I felt comfortable after her first "get to know you" visit. I knew our cats and fish were in excellent hands. She came daily, on schedule, spent time with the cats while we were away. She even tidied up around the house and kept them entertained! We got updates via text how they were doing, and she was always quick to respond if I contacted her. So positive and upbeat. We simply adore her and cannot recommend this service highly enough! I know that from here on out, Loretta will be our go-to if we have to go out of town because she's just fantastic with the animals and an all around fabulous lady. I've never felt *so* comfortable being away from home simply because I knew they were in amazing company. I wish I could give 10 stars, but 5 will have to do. Her prices are insanely reasonable for the amount of care she brings to the job and it was all around the best service for our meows that we could have possibly asked for!

Linda provided pet sitting for our 20 year old Norwegian Forest Cat Boo Boo. Boo Boo was a very dear fellow with such a gentle heart and we loved him very dearly. Naturally, we were very concerned about leaving him with just anyone. Linda pet sat Boo when we went to stay at a cabin in the Lake Wenatchee area of Washington State many years ago for 3 days. We arrived home and found Boo Boo very relaxed and so very happy to see us. Linda had visited Boo twice daily, played with him and cuddled with him for over 30 minutes per visit. We were sold! We left Boo under her care in April 2017 for 7 days while visiting family in Roanoke, VA and Louisville, KY. Prior to our departure, Boo was very sick with failing kidneys; he was in a bad way. Our vet informed us that Boo was likely to pass away within a week or shortly thereafter. We were very hesitant to go on our trip due to his condition, but we had little choice as our trip was non-refundable. Also, there would have been very little we could have done had we been home; so we decided to go. Linda visited with Boo several times each day and provided him with subcutaneous injections to provide a form of kidney dialysis to keep him alive. She cared for him like a skilled nurse and mother. We arrived home to find Boo's condition had worsened due to the kidney failure. The next day Boo passed away in late morning. Both my wife and I sobbed for the longest time, we were both an absolute wreck! A few days later Linda sent us a large river rock with Boo Boo's name inscribed in it, and some other gifts and condolences. Linda is the most wonderful, pet loving and caring professional that we have ever known. We got a new cat a few months after Boo's passing named "Pixie Dee"; she is a Rag Doll with very pretty (cute) markings. We are growing to love her as much as we did Boo, she has given us such love in the time we have had her. We are planning a trip to Anchorage, AK this winter for our 6th wedding anniversary to have some time together and play in the snow. We are also planning a trip to Surrey, UK early next year to meet Noel Fitzpatrick (The Bionic Vet) and Simon Cowell of Wildlife Aide (Yes, we both love animals). We will again be asking Linda to take care of our loved one in our absence. The things I have mentioned about Linda are only words, it is impossible to express our true feelings for the services Linda has provided us in the past. She is totally awesome!!! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. The check-in process was quick but thorough--they asked detailed questions about my dog's diet, medication schedule, and personality and they asked me about things I wanted him to work on while being boarded, which immediately gave me peace of mind. During his stay, I received updates about his progress with training. The facility itself was clean, spacious, and smelled fresh--always a good sign in a boarding environment. What impressed me most was how happy and relaxed my dog was when I picked him up. He wasn't stressed, anxious, or overly tired--instead, he seemed like he'd been on a vacation of his own. His bedding was clean, his food portions had been managed exactly as instructed. Im glad I found a great place for dog training and boarding as well as sitting in Mukilteo. What is especially great is that during the board and train there are several opportunities where me and my dog can meet up in areas that he's familiar in, which was great at identifying some of his stressors in a familiar environment.
