He despised it, but with persistent training and lots of patience he got much better. However, his nails were getting long and we were both making each other nervous trying to trim them. All of the workup on his feet still wasn't getting to a trim. So that led me here. Bethany was so nice answering my questions and was able to fit us in for a quick nail trim. The puppy loved her and her mom, and they were half done with his trim before he even figured out what was going on. Even though he protested a bit he wagged the whole time and still was sad to see them go. It was so helpful for us to have someone quick and efficient show him it's no big deal. Now he gets regular grooms and it's really nice to do it in home. I get some time to do something else and he gets a lot of attention from two ladies he adores. Grooming is so important I'm glad he got such a wonderful start!

Our only issue with this location is that the tubs feel low and there are no community tools so we have to bring our own. Our backs are always aching after bath time, and I know that the tubs down in Seattle are higher and we don't have that issue.
