It was obvious that there was something wrong since mine tasted fine. We had to CONVINCE her that it was burnt and that I wasn't lying about the taste. After she "verified" it was true, there was no apology for the mistake, and a 20% automatic gratuity was still added onto the bill, not including the fact that my drink was largely empty for the night. I get it, its valentines day, the night gets busy. But the service we were given was nowhere near representative of a $100+ tip. Overall, service was good though the timing of the arrival of some of our food and drinks was off. Not a big deal. Parking was typical Providence parking. The restaurant has some outdoor seating and is much larger inside than it looks. It's a tad pricey but really about average for the quality and quantity of food that we had.
