It's like a skewer on the side of your main dish. You can eat them separately and be happy enough. I was ok with the bulgogi, but I would've expected better from a Korean establishment. I haven't tried every single protein option, but I won't lie, tofu in pasta isn't the most appealing to me. For the main dishes, it was pretty bland, especially the omurice. You need the egg and the protein for flavor. The Schezwan pasta wasn't even spicy. At least the carbonara was creamy as it should be.

If you have plenty of time to wait, you may enjoy it, but if you're looking for a quick breakfast, I'd recommend going elsewhere. I used to highly recommend this place, but after today's experience, I won't be back. Hopefully, things improve. Maple Street is currently transitioning to Biscuit Belly, following the July 2026 acquisition/rebranding.
