Always delicious sandwiches. Lately it seems as though they have been skimping on the proteins in their sandos. Cold 16" sandos used to get 6 oz of meat, but now it seems even less. And if you get an 8", oh boi, is there any meat in it? If you get a hot sub like the grilled chicken, there might be 2oz of actual chicken in there. Nobody wants to eat food prepared by someone who is sick. I ordered two slices of pizza over the phone last night went by to pick it up through drive-through. I sat there 30 minutes waiting for the car in front of me to move and it never did so I had to go around and walk inside of the restaurant to get my pizza. they were no customers on the inside and three workers on the inside. They are very rude the past couple times I've been and need to do something about their drive-through. I think if they're going to have people to order food, they need to have signs where they can pull up to so they don't hold anybody else up, you get a thumbs down read more

Been here many times but today was my last visit. Prices are already jacked up and then after charging me more than the menu price, I ask for ranch and they want $1.07 for a tiny cup of ranch. This place is disgusting. Pizza is laying out on the counter for hours. Rusted old pieces of equipment easily in view at the drive-thru cracked and jimmied up with duck tape. Everything is dirty. Drinks from the iced tea fountain have chunks. Lemonade pitchers out on the counter in the heat for hours. Booths with ripped upholstery, broken chairs and counters, drive-thru window with holes above it allowing flies and other critters to get through. Terrible customer service. You can tell when the owners have just given up and no longer care. Go someplace else far far far away. Would give a negative 10 star review if I could. read more

Food is great but you'll probably get COVID. Cashier rang us up without a mask and brought our food through the dining room to our table without a mask. Funny since there is a sign that says masks are required. Cook wore a mask and the other employee at least had the mask covering his mouth but not his nose. I ordered two 12" pizzas to go and only had to wait about 20 minutes. In those 20 minutes I got to look around. This place is everything I wanted it to be. Simple, clean, and it had a very comfortable atmosphere with the amazing smell of fresh food, music that could easily be heard but not too loud. It's obvious the staff gets along which made for an even better environment. The pizza was delicious, I'm giving 5 stars for the all around experience. I always like to support local businesses so I have repeatedly tried to give Lil Dino's a chance even though they frequently screw up the order. I use their app, pay online and use the drive thru to pick up the order. Today I returned to the drive thru to have them add missing ingredients to my sandwich. I was yelled at and told that I must come inside and talk to the manager before they'd add the ingredients. Unbelievable! I can (and have) understand mistakes but being yelled at doesn't cut it. Plan to wait around fifteen minutes for your meal. This is really not an exaggeration, you will be there a long time. To top it off the place is extremely filthy. For example the area surrounding the soda fountain is very dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in many weeks.
