I used it, received "pending" confirmation from my credit card, & manager asked me to let them run it manually because she wasn't "sure if it went through" because their system doesn't tell them. She wasn't polite, but i wasn't really given an option: I had to pay twice because they don't know their own system. I now have two Dugan's charges still pending .... Time will only tell if I'm going to have to take my time to call the restaurant to get them to fix it.

This is a time management thing for the kitchen: 5:00 reservations = put biscuits in the oven no later than 4:40. Escargot was good. Utensils used for appetizers should be removed & replaced for main meal. Just another little detail that sets apart "price is worth it" & "why'd I pay that much?" Steak frites were good. Lamb was good. Desserts were good. Cacao nibs were entirely too hard - I thought I was eating pieces of nut shells. Not enjoyable. Waitress was very friendly, but we did get the feeling that we weren't regulars, so it was ok to not pay attention to us (like remove dirty dishes).

They have barely any steak sauce options so you can't even make it good. The server was really nice and attentive though. I don't recommend eating here though, maybe just drinks.

I won't even go back to give them a second chance, which I normally always do. To force your patrons to tip on mediocre service and charge the prices you do for the slop that was on the plates, is a disgrace to the resort and yourselves.
