I have another Macbook Pro that I thought needed a RAM upgrade because the app store icons aren't show but they said it was necessary - honest alert. And also, they have tons of other stuff - cellphone accessories, computer paraphernalia and even laptops. Move over Pacific Mall. This should be everyone's go to place in downtown Toronto (or even those from the 'burbs) - the folks are so honest. This store really takes some precautions when it comes to protecting their employees as well as their customers. First of all obviously there's a limit as to how many can be in the store at once, that's a given. Employees keep their distance and there are taped markings where staging areas are for customers. I was there to return 4 devices since I upgraded my service recently to Ignite so I had multiple boxes and modems to return and instead of mailing them I preferred to return them in person. Because there were a few customers inside I had to wait in the vestibule. They currently have a buzzer that keeps the door locked on the outside door facing Bloor so that they can control the quantity of individuals inside. That's fair and again understandable. It was busy on a Sunday afternoon so I had to wait for a bit but when I was allowed inside it didn't take long for my returns to be processed and I was to exit their side door that faces Royal York. The experience here was simply to return equipment and not to shop for anything new but I can appreciate that they are open to the public and taking care of their employees and customers alike.
