Just had one of there trucks cut off me and my pregnant wife so I will be telling everybody to avoid them so their cars don't get destroyed

After waiting two hours for a tow they canceled. Would have been cool if they got their act together sooner

These people will railroad you any chance they get. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If your insurance company sends them, cancel it. They make more money from impounding your vehicle then actually helping the community. read more

I got a tow for my flat tire and not o my did the driver drive on my flat but also put damage to my passenger side front fender. I had them through AAA and when I sent in my claim they wanted to say that it never happend. I have photo evidence of the truck driver trying to push it back in aswell. I will be getting my lawyers involved soon! read more

Horrible company ...scam business is what they are running...Had my car towed from an area that had no "TOW ZONE" signs. they charged me $500.00 to get my car back! Basically a hostage situations that I experienced. they parking area where the towing took place also had an employee working for them that called for the tow! Sure appears that this company does not operate professionally nor ethically. They also made me wait til the next day to get my car back when I was only minutes away from their business! read more

Was at the Gilmore Museum which my 43Ft motorhome experienced engine problems and required a tow to Grand Rapids. Driver showed up quickly and was very professional. Since my motorhome is already 13'6" tall the tow made avoiding trees even more difficult, but the driver did an excellent job avoiding anything that would have scratched the coach. I work around cars so my work has me in contact with tow truck drivers often. These guys are, so far, the worst I have dealt with. Rude for no reason. They might have nice trucks but its about the people. You can find a better place if you ask me. read more
