From the start, communication was extremely poor--I had to initiate every interaction. No one provided updates unless I repeatedly asked for them. Our vehicle was towed to the garage around 11 a.m. I was told the part needed to be ordered and wouldn't arrive until late that day. Since they closed at 5 p.m., the repair would be pushed to the next day. After 4 hours of no communication the next day I started calling once an hour--for status updates and was consistently told vague things like "they're working on it" or "they're finishing up." I never received a proactive call from them. It took them two days to switch out an alternator. Eventually, after all those follow-ups, I was told at 5:30 p.m. that the car was finally ready--but again, only because I called. When I asked the receptionist why I hadn't received any updates and why the delay occurred, she became aggressive and shouted at me, claiming they didn't receive the part until that morning and that it wasn't her fault. She continued yelling, to the point that I had to ask if this was how she typically treated customers. From the start of my experience I stood in the office many times without being acknowledged at all. The manager gave off a noticeably dismissive and possibly misogynistic attitude. Interestingly, things only began to move forward after my brother called to ask for an update. The one positive was that they provided transportation to a hotel, though we had to stay there for two days due to the extended repair time.

A couple days ago I had a cord break in my sidewall and was forced to pull over. It was about…read more1:30am. I was in my work van and having only the small scissor jack that came with the van I attempted to change the tire myself. After removing g the full size spare I got to jacking up the rear driver tire. I barely got the flat tire lifted and removed the flat. Needing additional height for the inflated full size spare, and since the flat was removed granting better access to the jack, I reached into the wheel well and gave the jack a turn. I felt the van wobble a little and then lurched forward rolling itself right off the jack. Luckily I was able to remove myself from the wheel well with no injury. I called my fleet roadside with absolutely no luck. I called GMC roadside with no luck. I even called AAA and was going to use one of my own tows...no luck. Then I called De's Towing. He answered listened to my request and located a driver to come out and help. The guy showed up with 30 mins, had a big off-road jack and was able to jack up my GMC 2500 Savanah in seconds and installed my spare. He then put the flat back up underneath. He even noticed my front was low and aired it up. All at such a great price I felt like I was taking advantage of them. I am eternally grateful to this company. If you are in the South haven/bangor/covert area and need a tow or flat repair or winch out call these guys.... Thank you guys again.
