I called Urgent at 11 yesterday morning and the locksmith (Ryan) was at my house an hour later. After his arrival, I decided to switch out the deadbolt & add keyless entry. Ryan suggested I go purchase the system of my choice & he would return the same day. I drove to a big box store & after texting him several of my choices (while still in the store) he confirmed what would work best. RUN THE OTHER WAY…read more Moved into a new build and called this company for a rekey. They got the rekeys done, but didn't tell me that two of the doors they rekeyed had faulty door handles. Also suggested I get deadbolts AFTER they completed services and I paid. Would have been great to know that before I paid for 10 locks to be rekeyed.
