They would need to hold it for a day or so - I was uncertain but allowed them to keep it overnight. Skipping ahead. I called - there was no answer. I called the next day, and the female receptionist answered and said they would get back the next day. Next day came, and they finally answered but I didn't pick up. I tried to call back, they did not answer. By night time (around 6pm) they answered and said they would be open until 7PM. Okay, the complaint I have about this place is them getting back to you via the telephone. I would suggest that the place - at least - have their hours in their Voice Mail. (And yes, as someone else said - the place is unbelievably cluttered. But it is a small shop, so it's understandable). The good place about this place is that they can fix your electronics. Mine took two days with a guarantee. They found the problem, resolved it along with other problems they came across, all for a very low price of $120. Other places would probably have charged you for triple that rate, and for a longer period of time. I'm happy, and will most likely return at a later date in case I come across another issue.

Always transfer ur data and files onto Micro SD cards tape it down and save the cards in a case. Don't put ur electronics in direct sun lites use flash lites to see the issues. He ordered the fan, which arrived within seven days, and was able to fix the problem within a couple of hours while also assisting walk-ins. During the wait for the fan to come, I was able to take my laptop home to use if needed, although Evan advised that I limit usage to no more than 30 minutes at a time to prevent overheating and use it only for essential tasks. Additionally, Evan is a conscientious person. I left a gift that I received from my nephew at his store. While Evan was away for the weekend, he coordinated with his mom and me to ensure I could pick it back up.
