Our indoor lights started flickering. Sometimes it was just a fade, sometimes there was a sound and…read moreit felt like a camera flash. We have a home warranty company so I called them first. I paid $100 for a guy to come out, tell me that he wasn't sure but guessed we needed a panel upgrade and the home warranty wouldn't cover it. He adjusted something on our dimmers and left, after mentioning that if we wanted to save money we could skip pulling permits. I do not play that way. I pull permits and I want quality work. While I grew up around painting and construction, I do not know jack about electrical stuff. So now I am overwhelmed trying to find a reputable company to not screw us around and throw more money down the drain and ya know, be a mom, wife, full-time employee, blah blah blah. My husband found this company and I used the same long message I sent another company who responded to my Facebook plea for a reputable company. I got a response, AFTER HOURS. They came out the next day. (After hours meaning it was night time, not that I was waiting a super long time because I didn't, I just want to make sure I am clear there.) They spent TIME here. Looked at the panel. The home was built in 1980. It isn't falling apart, but we should start saving for a new panel eventually. They checked outlets and said things to each other that, again, is outside of my understanding. Hubby was in the office that day so I was video calling him and speaker phoning and whatnot because hell, I thought our panel was in the garage with our solar panel. They adjusted some things, put in some new parts, and told me that they wanted to address the issue in layers because the last thing they wanted to do was replace my panel and for us to still have problems. And they left. I still had some anxiety because of what I went through the furst time with the warranty company. And NOTHING. Our lights are perfect!!! Zero flickering and it has been DAYS. AND, we have a great big dog and they were great with our dog. Dogs know good people. He liked these guys. He was pretty meh on the furst guy. Me too dog, me too. Hire these guys for your electric needs.

I reached out to Campbell Electric with a serious electrical issue and Brandon and his team were…read moreequipped to respond, diagnose, and give me a list of options and answers to resolve the situation on a short timeline. Armed with a full understanding of the situation, I made the decision to update my electrical panel to a 200 amp system. The cost for the job was extremely competitive based on other estimates I collected, and the best part; he got started the very same day. The install was completed the follow day and the team went above and beyond with keeping the job area clean, being mindful of the landscaping, labeling the new panel, and remaining highly communicative and sharing photos through the process. He even replaced a faulty light switch at no charge. My house had minimal down time and is now up and running with our safe new panel. I strongly recommend Brandon and the team at Campbell Electric as they're my new go-to for any electrical needs.

They steered us away from some mistakes and made us an electrical plan that would work for our home. I felt comfortable with them in my home. They're treated my wife, home, and myself with respect. Electrical work isn't cheap, but I think working with quality people that show on time and return your calls add a lot of value to a job. I would highly recommend Amped Electric, and I plan on using them again in the future.

I texted Alvaro to have him come give me a quote and he came on a Sunday. He thoroughly explained everything to me and what needed to be done to install the new jacuzzi (it was a different amperage so we had to upgrade the wiring and etc). He said he would get back to me in a few days with a quote - and he did. After we agreed on the total price, he showed up next day, on time, to do the install. He explained everything to me after and showed me his work - they cleaned up all the working areas and as promised my jacuzzi is hooked up and working. There were a few loose screws on the jacuzzi - which I noticed he screwed back in and helped me fix it without being asked (so kind)! Highly recommend!!! Very hard to find honest, reliable, and helpful electricians that do quality work!!!
