It was a cold and rainy day. I approached this water market to buy some jugs before the big storm. It was like the hand of God himself reached out to me and pushed me towards this store. I walked inside and was met by a very nice young man. I bought my water and he helped me put it in the back of my car. I appreciate the service here. I have been coming here to get water since I was a little girl. Of course back then, it was across the way next to Alpha Beta... Living in a place where the only water I have going through my pipes is well water or otherwise unpotable has been a way of life for me ever since I can remember and Lighthouse Water has been a great solution. You can fill your jugs here inexpensively and fast. Buy water ahead of time and in packages and save money. It's simple, but -- hey -- it's water we are talking about here! The filter is amazing and makes the most tasty water. They have a few different options for those who want them as far as water and contraptions to hold that water. I love the taste of the water from here and have become a snob about it and bring it with me everywhere. I am so glad I am not planning on moving away any time soon! read more

Has gone downhill since Bill passed. Half the time we travel to HMB to find it closed when it's supposed to be open. Sitting in my car for 30 minutes waiting while their sign says "Back in 10 minutes." Another patron is pacing outside. And another just showed up. That's at least 3 of us now. Not sure how long the sign has been up. Could be more turned away. Tsk tsk. read more

Great water store...family owned. Bill came to my house to install a Premier reverse osmosis system that I ordered from amazon with a missing valve assembly. He showed up with a full tool kit ready to jam! Here is a copy and pasted text that I sent him the day after the install..... Hey Bill, thank you so much for sticking around so late last night to ensure that there were no leaks in my system. It really meant a lot to my wife and I and we are very grateful. Also, send my thanks to your girlfriend for enduring such a long wait. The system seems to be running very well and the water quality is amazing. Only giving 2 stars because this is the only water store nearby and I rely on it as we live on well water. Workers are not exactly the friendliest. You're lucky to get a smile regardless of how friendly you are. Even when you ask how they are, the answer is usually a shrug of the shoulders or that they'd rather be playing video games. And rarely are they open by 10 am during the week as advertised. I'll buy your store from you for $5. Take the misery off your hands. read more

The Lighthouse Water st0re is just about the best dang water store I have ever been to. The staff are so nice and so sweet. Just some backstory, I live in a house where I get my water out of a ditch. So, to have drinking water, I need to travel to a store to buy it. I really like this one. The water that they have is always pure, clean and delicerous. I never thought I would be reviewing WATER, but this is the best water I've ever had in my life. I buy one of the types of water which is run through a special treatment (though rocks and purified). We had the WORST experience with Lighthouse Water. The person that they sent out, was absolutely horrible. He came at least 4 times, stayed for HOURS, and never fixed our reverse osmosis water filter. He talked incessantly the whole time, scratched my new floors while he was working, always asked if he could "Borrow my husband's tools" because he forgot his, and by the time he was gone, and we could not wait until he left, we were drained. The office could never find him, and said he did not have a cell phone, which we thought was funny, because he was on his cell phone a lot when he was doing nothing at our house. It was probably the worst experience we have ever had with any company, and we are so upset with what he DID NOT DO, that we are actually going to get someone from over the hill who knows what he is doing to come out and fix our system, because we do not want to deal with them again. Do not use these people, they do not know what they are doing. read more

Worst experience ever trying to get replacement filters for my well system. This was a system that Lighthouse installed for me. I ordered them March 28th and have followed up at least 10 times with phone calls and nobody has a clue there. They don't seem to care. I've given up on them. I used to go there for all my filters but no more. read more
