At that point though, she needs to realize that people will not be willing to just call her because they are not going to wait around for her to get back to her own shop when they need water and have their own schedules to follow. It's hard for me to write this because she is a very sweet and helpful lady, who will actually help you put water in your bottles and cap them for you. But because she consistently is not at her own shop when there are multiple people waiting outside, I think she has to change her ways before people stop coming to her shop. I think her shop is the best to buy water gear though. She has water jugs, water containers, and water stands, among other things that she sells. She also sells them at reasonable prices, some of them even better than the prices you can find online. We purchased all of the above mentioned things for our friends as their housewarming gift and they loved it. I like this store but I just wish she either was at her store more consistently or hired someone else to be there on time and/or until the store closes.
