We appreciate the fact that there is a station to clean the bottles and a station for water refills outside of the location so that we can get water when they are closed. We do the pre-pay option since we refill there every two weeks and we've had a great experience with it so far. They do not usually open on time. If you are hoping to get in as soon as they open, there is usually a line of people also waiting for them to open. read more

Warning! Don't go here. Just went today for the first time. The skinny long-haired kid at the counter gets upset if you clean your bottles for more than 3 seconds. Also, the customers behind me came in at 6:56pm with 4 empties in hand, and he blocked the entrance and said the store was closed. He turned several customers who made it before 7pm. 11 Jugs in all! The store hours are posted "closed at 7pm." This kid doesn't know how to treat customers or run a business. If he's not the owner or relative, he should be fired! Go to Pure Water and Ice off of Jarvis Ave in Newark instead. A one star rating is too good for this kid!!!! read more

Ann was super friendly, helpful and caring. Although the place to get alkaline water was over an hour drive from my apartment, it was worth the drive! This place was better when the old owners ran it. Sign outside says "No mask, no entry" which is the rule for any stores you go to. The day we were there - the staff was not wearing his mask. I asked him to wear one but he said that he has a breathing problem. I guess it's okay if the door was open for circulation- but that day AC was on. He should at least wear it, when customers are inside. I think I'll just find a different store that follows Covid guidelines. read more

They have great tasting water and alkaline water. They also have outdoor spots to fill up. This place has gone down hill since the change in management. They don't have hand sanitizer out for people touching the machines. We like the alkaline water and the sensor was going off because the filters have not been changed(now we know why the water tastes different) The woman was extremely rude when my husband asked for hand sanitizer. This place is unsanitary, people touching knobs and nozzles. During times like this they need stronger disinfecting routines. This is a hidden water gem in Newark. When you walk in you'll be greeted by Ann. She's always there, & this woman knows her stuff! Very knowledgable in alkaline water & its benefits. You can tell they strive to provide WONDERFUL customer service. The overall appearance is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Everything is well organized. They have a station to power wash your gallon jar. They also provide pushing carts so it's easier to transfer your water-filled gallons to your car, there are also towels for easy clean up. They charge .30 a gallon for purified water. When you buy one of their jugs you get the water for free. They also have Kangen Water. This provides you with Alkaline water, which has the best benefits for your overall health, and it tastes AMAZING! It's $1.50 a gallon, well worth it. If you haven't tried it, I recommend it.
