Amazing service and very inexpensive! I usually refill 2 five gallon water containers for only a buck each. Additionally the men that work out on the floor will offer to clean my bottles and also (this is huge) return my car back to the front of the store! You guys rock! read more

Been going to here for a while and usually nice service and pleasant and I don't know if they were racist but all the Asian people that went in were not bothered and me and my family come in who are Mexican got rushed out and told quickly go when no one had that problem read more

Really friendly and attentive staff (they help you load your car with your heavy water gallon bottles), crisp and fresh water, and clean and welcoming environment. A solid choice for getting high quality water if you want to upgrade from your Brita filters. read more

Smelled like human poopoo in here when I wanted to get water. It's a water store. And it smells like poopoo. Those two things should not be together. read more

My go-to for pure water! Not many places are Super friendly and Clean! I been coming here to get water since I moved to the East San Jose. No complaints here. Though the surrounding areas can get overwhelming busy and finding parking can be complicated at times. read more

My go to spot in the east side for water. They are friendly. The water tastes good and is priced well. Most of the time they also help unload and load up your carts as well as help filling up your gallons. read more

Fills are fast! The customer service is above and beyond. For a self service place they usually have someone helping you. They even have someone who helps you to your car and for me that's what makes me keep going back! Prices are reasonable. read more

Fast & friendly service! You're in and you're out. The water is really refreshing. No after taste like some places. The workers even help you fill up and take it out to your car. Awesome! They even sell lighters, lottery tickets, accessories, and cosmetics! It's a one stop shop! What more can you ask for! :-) read more

Its been like 2 months since I saw my parents so I decided I would drop by their house for dinner. Instead of getting a free home cooked meal, I had to pay for my supper by going with my dad to get water. Not so bad. Except my dad has like fifteen 5-gallon water jugs and he goes to refill them all at once. Luckily my dad decided to come here. They've got something like 12 water dispensers so the task of filling all those water jugs went by pretty fast. Plus, the owners sons/nephews where there to help fill our tanks and they'll helped to load everything into our truck Overall we got in and out in less than 20 mins. If I still lived with my folks *cold shudder* then I totally wouldn't mind going to get the water, as long as I went here. read more

the service is really good. They help you fill your water. That's great. Prices are a little on the high side. The person behind the register didn't really speak English, which made it difficult when I wanted to buy a new spigot. read more

Very clean and great customer service. I came to fill up my 3, 5 gallon jugs and the staff was kind enough to load the jugs into my car.

I have been drinking 1 gallon of water/day for years, so I have my fair share of experience. I decided to buy in bulk since buying multiple gallons of water at the store was getting pricey. Every single time I drink a glass of this water I get SUPER nauseous. I'm not sure what they use to "purify" their water, but it mustn't natural. It's too harsh if it irritates my stomach every single time I drink it. Gross. read more

I love this water store. Honestly, one of the better places I have tried. The staff is really friendly, they have people that help you rinse out your bottles, pour the water, wrap up the nozel and then place them onto your cart. They don't even ask. They just do it for you. I can't remember the last time I received service like that from retailer/resturant. They also sell lotto tickets, and a bunch of other things. If you are looking for great, pure water, this is the place for you. read more

I can roll up our minivan practically at the doorstep of the store, and keep my kids buckled in, while a gracious employee assists me in bringing our gallons inside, filling them up, and carting them right back. It happens in a blink of an eye. The transaction is so quick and seamless, I bypass all the water suppliers in my own neighborhood cuz they just ain't got it goin' on like this one. Thank you McKee Pure Water! You're on top. read more

My family has been getting our water bottles refilled here since it first opened. The first ten years we received amazing service. The workers would rinse out our bottles, refiled them, load up the cart and pushed them to our car. However, now they hire lazy workers. I see elderly people have to fill their own bottles and push them to their cars while the workers just stand around and chat with each other. We're talking about 50s+ customers pushing 5 gallon bottles to their cars! Hire workers that actually want the job instead of just standing around talking. Maybe then they'll help old people with their water needs. read more

Opened early before 9:30am they also will clean your bottles for a $1 to get rid of the green algae. .30 a gallon

Love this place! My family have been going here for over 20 years . The owners daughter is the best. Love her smile. Very family oriented and everyone is nice. The water taste great. Can't drink any other filtered water but here. They have lottery, phone accessories, drinking water pots, vitamins, they also sell cold beverages. Ice is cheap can't beat their price. 20 dollars for a membership 100 gallons. I'm sold. read more

It's a hit or miss kind of place. Sometimes the employees come up to the car to help bring the bottles into the store to help fill it up and other times they don't. The older gentleman and lady are super nice though. read more
