I let her know she should unplug the machine and put a sign that it was out of order and her reply was it works most of the time. She knows she's ripping people off and she doesn't care. I told her she was stealing from the community and what she was doing was wrong. She finally gave me my money back after she asked me not to complain to the county. I understand that hours tend to change and it would be great if the sign was updated. Apart from that the service is efficient and quick! It's a cash only establishment and the people working there are very helpful with assisting me with refilling the water jugs. Read some reviews and apparently there was a really rude woman working there so when I went in, I prepared myself to deal with her. She had already given me attitude when I came. I asked her if I can wash the gallons using the faucet and she said yes but was not paying attention to where I am referring to. When I turned it (drinking faucet) on. She yelled and got mad at me because the water splashed all over. She's like, "why you do that! You are wasting the water!" And I told her again, this is my first time. I dont know where I can atleast wash the inside. I even offered to pay extra for the wasted water and clean it up for her. I just really needed to clean the gallon thoroughly before I refill them and this is the reason why I had to come in and get the refill.
