The online portal that they use is extremely easy to use and navigate. When it came time for the actual inspection, Jeff was on time, communicative, and extremely detail-oriented. The final report was delivered to me within minutes of Jeff finishing at the house in an easy-to-read format that I sent over to the builder of my home. There are so many unreliable companies out there, but I am so pleased to say that Green Door stands out from the pack as somebody you want in your back pocket when it comes negotiation time on your home purchase. From his equipment, care while working in and around the house, prompt communication, and well-presented report, I felt like he treated my inspection with the same level of care he would put into his own home purchase.     I'm hard of hearing and most of the time I manage it very well and people can't tell unless I…read moremention it or ask for reasonable accommodations. I was in line to get my emissions done earlier today and one of the employees got clearly frustrated with me because I kept asking him to repeat his instructions. It's super loud there, which is to be expected, and he got impatient when I followed his instructions incorrectly. I couldn't hear his instructions clearly, couldn't read his lips due to him facing away from me, and he kept repeating his instructions and turning away from me halfway through. Thankfully the rest of my visit went smoothly. Another employee offered to use sign language to communicate with me when I told her I couldn't hear well but it wasn't necessary since I could read her lips when needed. I appreciated her extra effort, patience, and understanding. My experience went smoothly except for my negative interaction. I didn't get his name and I don't want to make a complaint. I just hope he and other employees potentially see this and remember they may be working with customers who have invisible struggles. It's a small thing to some but this is mainly a reminder to be kind. A little more patience and kindness on the first employee's end would have made things much easier for both of us.

He purposefully embarrassed me in front of other customers. Because it went so wrong the first time I was there and I needed to go back with a new gas cap, I waited till the next day to go back thinking maybe Bryan was having a bad day just like me. when I returned the next day, I was very polite and he was a complete jerk to me in front of the entire waiting room full of people I will never go back and Bryan should not be in the customer service industry. He's either tired of it or he's never been good at it.
