The big downside to using Armour Roofing as I later found out is that they only offer a one year warranty. In our situation, Armour Roofing did not properly flash around our evaporative cooler resulting in a slow leak that didn't become evident until after the warranty ended. I recommend selecting another qualified roofer in the area that offers a 5 year warranty.

He always responded in a very timely manner to any issues or questions I had along the way. It was a pleasure to work with him. Tracy from the office was amazing at communicating with me throughout the process. We had a few weather related delays but she always worked with me and my calendar on finding good times to reschedule, as it wasn't always safe to proceed with high winds, snow etc. I was never in the dark about that and she gave me all the info I needed ahead of time to prepare for the roofers and having the materials delivered. The crew that did the work was also wonderful. They were so respectful and polite and accommodating. They also worked very quickly and I was amazed at how fast they got it done. Then, the clean-up was meticulous and you would never have known they were here. Over the years I've worked with many contractors and have had many jobs/repairs done, but I have to say this one was my best experience yet.
