Their prices online do not reflect their in-house prices. My boyfriend placed an order for a dozen wings in which the lady on the phone said the price was $20 for wings. I had him call back a few mins (13 mins) later to cancel the order, where the lady on the phone was immediately hostile and said it could not be cancelled. I took the phone from him and explained that the prices didn't reflect what they had online. She said she informed my boyfriend and I told her our intention was not to disrespect the cooks or to scam them from an order, but because it was not a price we were willing to pay, we were going to cancel the order. She said she will be reporting us to the police because we owe $20 to the establishment. She called back again to clarify we owe the money and hung up on me immediately. We didn't even get the food, get near the establishment, and we cancelled it a few minutes later so we didn't waste the cook's time. What a joke! I can tell she loves her job. read more
