No functioning toilet for the entire duration of my stay. The toilet would not flush - the handle is broken and does not do anything when you try to press it. I alerted Shelley at the front desk about this after I checked in on Sunday 4/12 and was left on hold and forgotten...after 15 min of waiting on the phone to no avail, I called back and then she finally told me that the engineers had left at 4:00pm and that there was nothing that they could do to help me. I asked about being moved to a room with a functioning bathroom and was told that they had no ability to do that because they were not a manager and the manager would not be in until 7:00am the following day Monday 4/13. Shelley informed me that my ONLY option was to use the public bathrooms located in the lobby on the other side of the hotel...and they assured me that the manager would give me a significant discount/compensation for the huge inconvenience when I checked out. I called the front desk first thing Monday 4/14 asking to speak to a manager and was told by Lynne there was no manager in for the day. She said she was unable apply any discounts and wouldn't even grant me a complementary late checkout. I was informed that my only option was to leave a voicemail and wait for Jane to call me back when they will apparently be in the office on Tuesday 4/14. I paid a lot of money for this hotel room and it is unacceptable that it didn't have a functioning bathroom and that I was not given any assistance or viable solutions. I was also repeatedly given misinformation and I have no confidence that there even will be a manager in tomorrow or that they will call me back, provide compensation, and attempt to make things right. I have never had such an abysmal hotel experience and am shocked at the way this was handled. read more

It says Hotel but it is definitely "Motel" vibes. Place looks very ran down and I wouldn't have stayed here if the pictures were accurate to.the true place. Bed linens were scratchy, room was dusty, tv in the room was very small. We paid for the 2 queen "suite" not sure what made it a suite. Maybe it was the sink in the room by the bed? Haha. Im giving it 1 because the water pressure was great in the shower and we had a view of the ocean. (Which we paid for) If you book here be prepared that it is run down, and sketchy. Elevator was slow and questionable. (we took the stairs). Oh, and there was a random microwave with 2 chairs in the hallway by all the rooms. Oh! I almost forgot! Let me start by saying how excited we were to stay here with our girls. It was our first time ever getting a beachfront hotel in Pacifica. We spent the extra money and paid over $400 for a single night. Stay to have the skyline view with the balcony. Safe to say that's not what we got. I will be attaching pictures as well, but all we got was a view of the buildings in front of us. We ended up having to call the front desk because the people in the room above us had multiple small children running and screaming stomping across the floor from 7 AM to 9 AM before we finally gave in and called in. The front desk told us that there was nothing they can do unfortunately. We requested late checkout and were told we were able to stay until 12 PM. At about 1030 at the front desk called to ask why we were still in the room because checkout time was 11. (it was not even 11 o'clock yet.) we informed her that we had requested late check out and even had it confirmed on the paper. They gave us when we checked in.. She said that's not what they had in their system, but to make sure we were out by 12. To spend this amount of money to not receive what we paid for , be rushed out of our room earlier than checkout time, and be woken up at 7 AM from screaming stomping children is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. To top it off when you're on the balcony, either way you look to the left or the right you can see into the rooms next to you . I would highly recommend keeping your curtains closed unless you want all of your neighbors to have a clear view into your room. read more

Booked a room to drive 4 hours to find out the elevator was not working. Would not refund and we couldn't find another hotel because of the holiday weekend. Had to go up 4 flights of stairs and after telling them I am disabled and this would be very hard for me they offered to help with my bags. So to make matters worse I fell going up the stairs because my legs gave out! More embarrassing than anything so I'm leaving this trip with both my legs looking like I was just in a MMA Fight! Because of this I felt like I could go and enjoy myself as I did or couldn't go up and down 4 flights of stairs! While I understand things happen we were not offered any type of compensation and they refused to refund. Just made this trip horrible! read more

We reserved a room with an ocean view, two queen beds, and a sofa bed. We did not see a sofa bed so inquired about it. We were told they had no such room even though it clearing stated there was one online and in our confirmation. My daughter spent two hours plus with Jane, the room manager, on the phone trying to get this rectified. I have attached two pictures of the solution they came up with. A psych ward cot from around the 1940's or 1950's. I know this seems unbelievable but who can make something like this up! An overall ok hotel that is slightly run down (see my photos) but probably gets by because of its location right on the water. It was quite pricey, about $290 for the one night, booked a week in advance. Didn't feel worth it. However, if we'd booked a month in advance, it would have been $188. We stayed here for a night in April because our friends had an event here. The hotel allowed us to check in about 1.5 hours early (around 2:30pm). Note there are no towels at the pool, but there are small ones at the gym. We had to go back to our room to get towels. When I called the front desk from our room with some requests, I encountered several rude clerks who put me on hold for way too long. Note there are no slippers or robes (although the pre-recorded hold message says they offer robes. When I asked, they said that's an old message and the offer has changed). On checkout day, we got a very loud knock on our door at 9am from the cleaners. This is kind of unheard of for checkout day.. checkout is at 11am. Please just wait until we check out. read more

The Lighthouse Hotel is old, ugly, unsafe and uncomfortable - likely a good candidate for getting shut down by the health department. There are Mickey Mouse fix ups all over the place resulting in things like standing fetid water on top of tarps on ledges outside windows. It is poorly and haphazardly built so instead of views of the nearby ocean you get views of industrial equipment. There is no room service, and an overpriced restaurant that does not serve either breakfast or lunch. The signage is poor so it is difficult to find your way around. The elevators are tiny and the hallways are endless. Their "cooking facilities" consist of one tiny microwave in the hall on each floor. They brought us a cot when we asked but declined to bring a blanket. We had to have the engineer fix the tv every day and the remote was so old and cheaply made that it was I almost impossible to use. I ended up using tap water for my tea because it was hotter than the barely tepid water the "coffee pot" produced. Internet and cell service is spotty at best. The worst problem is security. There are open elevators in the garage, nobody at the front desk at night and often nobody answering the front desk phone. I am old and my daughter is disabled so safety is a concern for us. We spoke with the police and they are quite familiar with the property. At $50/night it might be worth putting up with the seriously substandard conditions at the Lighthouse Hotel but at $300/night you're just wasting your money. read more

We appreciated our stay at the Pacifica Lighthouse Hotel. We hadn't been to this hotel in a long time and it was interesting to see that not much had changed. The lobby area looked nice and the carpet in the hallways was lovely. The rooms had an odd grouping of patterns. The bed definitely needs to be replaced in the room we were in. The bed slumped toward the middle. There was a long counter area in the bathroom, but one sink. That was kind of odd, but we made it work. The coffee in the bathroom was not good at all. Please consider replacing it. We purchased coffee at Breakers each morning which was wonderful! I loved the shower head and appreciated having the bath mat in the tub. The view from the room was gorgeous and needed as we were on a stress relieving getaway. The hotel is in dire need of repainting as it looks very old. Perhaps the ocean air breaks the paint down quickly. The housekeeping services were wonderful. We had to remember to schedule if we needed service which we missed a few times. We're not used to the feature of having to call if we need our room cleaned. I haven't stayed anywhere with that. One thing that was odd was our check in process. Wendy checked us in. She did not greet us with friendliness or interest. She really didn't look at us much or make us feel welcomed to stay there. I did not like that. Would I stay here again? This hotel has SOOOO MUCH potential. Closer to 3.5 stars. I think once they finish the renovation it'll definitely be a 5 star rating! The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the San Francisco area. OMGoodness, I don't think you can get closer to the ocean without sleeping on the beach! Lol I called the hotel directly before I made my reservation to make sure I got a room that was closets to the water with a full view of the ocean. It was pure relaxation sleeping with the door open and hearing the ocean waves all night!!! My room also had a little balcony you could walk out on. Take a look at the picture I posted that shows the room layouts. I stayed in Room 122 and had an unobstructed view of the ocean. As of July 2023, most of Building B was under construction and off-limits. The room itself was a little rundown and there weren't many amenities from the hotel. But you're really paying for the location. We are breakfast at Breakers, which was within walking distance of the hotel. If you get a good rate, I'd recommend staying here. I tried making a reservation here and getting information on the hotel but the person who answered the phone at 4pm on a Wednesday knew nothing about the AARP / Senior rate the hotel is marketing on their website and referred me to the Front Desk Manager who works from 7am to 3pm. Stayed at Lighthouse for one night (6/15-6/16) and while the stay started off rocky, it was a good time. After checking in I went to take a look at my room only to find it had not been fully made yet. While it looked like the room had already been cleaned, the beds were not done (picture attached). After going back down to the front desk to let them know, I had to wait about 45 minutes for housekeeping to go and rectify the issue. Other than that, the stay went well. Yes it's an older location that has somewhat been renovated, but unfortunately some parts of the hotel are still a bit dated as in the carpet, walls, and overall exterior and interior. Things get done a little slower here as I found out they are understaffed so have patience as they try their best. It seems Wyndham has no priority in putting work into this location which is unfortunate because this could really be a gem in a beautiful area of California. The view from my ocean/cove view room was amazing! I would stay here again but I'd recommend others to not set their expectations too high. read more

First impressions the lobby was nice but that's it. The rooms are very outdated. The different floors smell of mildew and mold, unsafe balcony that a young child could slip through. What really set me off was how UNaccommodating this establishment was. I traveled with my newborn and my 3 yr old. I got complaints about my 3 yr old being loud before quiet hours. My 3 yr old is like any other 3 yr old. They have tantrums, and they scream. All this happend before quiet hours. My 3 year old is autistic. I understand other people wanting quiet but I could hear people having conversations when passing by their rooms, people have sex ect. We enjoyed our time here. The building is old, slightly outdated. We had the ocean skyline view, on the fourth floor. The view was good. We could see the ocean. There was a two story building in front of us, obscuring the crashing wave directly in front of us. Looking to the left and right, we could see crashing waves. We could hear some kind of fan outside, but the ocean waves can still be heard. The refrigerator is loud. The elevator seemed a little janky, but we haven't gotten stuck yet. You do have to use your key card to activate the elevator from the parking area. So, if you push the button doesn't light up after pressing it, you probably didn't use your key card. My wife booked this for the weekend and it was more like an old motel. They tried to refresh the interior to make it nicer but it's still old and worn. If you stay here for a top floor since the walls are thin and we had people stomping on top of us all night and keeping us awake. Our room had the funny description of "SkyView" so we weren't expecting to see the ocean so it was a nice surprise to get a small sliver of Rockaway Beach. We did get to see the sky like the description said, seems like such a scammy way to make a normal room sound better. The rooms weren't very clean with old stains on the carpet and stuff still in the carpet that wasn't vacuumed. The worst part of it was a terrible mildew/fungus smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom, because of this we tried to stay in the bathroom as quickly as possible. The beach directly in back provides nice ocean sounds and smells but it's the part of Rockaway Beach where the waves go right up to the rocks so you can really go sit and relax in the sand. read more

I rarely do 1 star reviews but this hotel is nothing but deserving of it. First of all, the front desk staff most definitely needs retraining on customer service. I had encounters with 2 different people in the front desk I only remember name of one, Wendy. My sister checked in before me and I was coming in really late so she left a key for me at the front desk so I don't have to wake her up to come get me because they have key doors from the parking lot, I rang their bell and waited at the front desk for about 10-15 minutes and no one showed up. I had to wake my sister up to open the door for me. The rooms seem nice at a first glance but once you try to use the coffee maker, hair in it and dust. The towels had blond hair in one of them and we are both with black hair. One of the bed sheets had stains in them so the first night we just slept on one bed because we couldn't get ahold of anyone at the front desk. We asked for late checkout, and before even finishing my sentence on the phone, Wendy at the front desk said NO. Not I apologize but this hotel doesn't accomplish late checkouts, she just said NO, checkout is at 12. So we left our room at about 11:55 and by the time we got to our car and put our bags in and drove up to the office to check out it was 12:07 and they charged me 66$ for checking out late. The location of this hotel is absolutely beautiful, they have a restaurant in the same building and the food there is delicious. The rooms seem cosy and nice but their cleanliness is none existent, it's impossible to reach the front desk from the first call so I think this hotel has potential if they had better management and staff. I stay in the area often and was looking for a hotel that I could just keep coming back to, but I would never come back here even thou it's perfect location for me. read more

Overpriced but a nice view. Everywhere we ate was very expensive (except Taco Bell). Hotel room was ok, but carpet was wet when we checked in. No other rooms were available and no maintenance people were available to check out the sink. We just threw extra towels down and it was fine, but no discount. There was a 12% fee for the city. I didn't read in to it. Wouldn't stay were again, but nice area for a short hike/walk or a crab sandwich at Nicks. Don't stay near the beach. Just drive or walk to it. read more

We went back this May because we enjoyed our time there last year. This year was different. The room wasn't clean. I literally stuck to the couch... (I couldn't get in the shower fast enough after that.) I'm grateful that we always buy cleaning supplies when we go places, but this time it was definitely a necessity. There was an issue with us being double charged but about 4 days after we got back home it righted itself and the second charge fell off of our credit card statement. Location wise it's great and all, but that is really all it has to offer me at this point. I won't be going back. So disappointing. read more

3 star hotel. The vibe is just off, very unwelcoming. The front desk clerk was just rude and seemed sleepy and didn't smile nor seemed happy. She seemed annoyed and was very unpleasant. All she did was provide a map to parking and room. I had ro ask for amenities, she didn't tell us anything, finally giving us two free glasses of wine because I asked her if there was a restaurant. The parking was interesting, leaks and a lot of damage and tape wrapped around areas. The carpet in the hotel is outdated, old, the room was a 2-3 star room, older, curtains ripped and torn, the bathroom was okay, pillows small and uncomfortable, mattress very springy and uncomfortable. Stains in pillows and sheets. The carpet was old and dirty the TV only had direct TV, up to 30 channels. The people right next door to us began smoking Marijuana and we had to close our balcony door, it smelled bad. They were loud and partying. The overall stay was ok. The second day we were still in bed and 7am the mid knocked on our door??? Check out time is 11 and we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging on the outside!! Well that killed it. I wouldn't stay here again. Restaurant food is way overpriced for mediocre food, the view is killer from the restaurant, but food okay. read more

Had a change of plans with 2 instead of 3 checking in. & the party who couldn't make it was the one who made reservations (through booking.com). It was a pain in the neck to change but hotel staff was very nice. The room overlooked a beach and pathway, within feet. A narrow balcony(too narrow to really stand on) had a sliding door that allowed for a wonderful breeze, sound of waves and marvelous view. The room was clean enough, too few towels, quirky coffee Maker, no microwave, and the sliding door lock didn't work(told front desk). It's an older place, feels dampish, kind of tired decor. The location and price worked. The attached Moonraker Restaurant is very overpriced, although the food is decent. Definitely need reservations, and ask for seating with a view of the ocean. read more

First, when checking into the hotel there was a line with one lady checking people in, while another lady who was obviously a manager, stood at the top of the stairs watching and critiquing her, but not helping check in the guests. Second, the microwave was by a chair, near the elevator, not in the rooms. Third, there was no ice machine on the floor. Fourth, the elevator was very, very slow. Fifth, there was no towels for the pool, and when we asked for some, the lady complained about us wanting towels. Sixth, there were people smoking pot by the elevator. Seventh, the key machine broke and they would only give each room one key which makes it difficult when traveling with family. And lastly, they called us at 7:00 pm complaining about our kids being loud, when there were many other families with kids running around and being loud. And then said that quiet time starts at 10:00pm. So why call at 7:00 pm if it wasn't quiet time yet? I wonder if they called all the families or only focused on ours because our little one is autistic... hmmm? I paid over $1,250 for our stay for this dirty, rundown establishment. 100% do not recommend! read more

We took my mom, who is in a wheelchair. The elevator was down. When I told the front desk gal (Tobi) that we were basically stuck in our room because of this, she said, "Maybe you could take the stairs - oh wait, I guess that won't work!" and laughed. I told her how inappropriate her comment was and what a serious issue accessibility is, she said, "I'm really sorry, but fixing elevators is not in my skill set." and laughed some more. I asked if she could have someone bring more coffee, since we were stuck there, and she said no because no one else was on shift at that time. When I spoke to the morning manager (Jean or Joan) later, she said, "She's a really nice lady, it was probably just nervous laughter." At check out, I told the morning manager how upsetting this whole experience was and asked how it would be addressed, she offered 20% off. I asked that she talk to Tobi about the seriousness of accessibility and how inappropriate it was to laugh at our predicament, she said, "Please don't be upset with her, she's a really good person." Our refrigerator did not work and we called but was put on hold forever. The elevator is super slow and old like what everyone else said. We arrived over an hour early and we stopped in to let them know when the room is ready, we are in town. To my shock our room was ready. What a treat. When asked why we are here, I said allergies. We had a good laugh on that, especially when I said I was coming from Sacramento, she informed me she had a horrible attack when she was there and sadly had to leave. She gave great directions to our room and parking. We had our choice of parking spots and choose one easy to pull in and out. They put luggage carts near the elevator, so we grabbed on. It makes your move in so much easer with a cart. We took many trips to pack the car and there was no way we would every make it in 1 or 2 trips. This way we made 1 trip, a true miracle. I booked a King Bed, with Cove View. The room is on the 3rd floor and has an amazing view of the ocean an cove. The room is huge, it's not a suite, but has a desk and seating area. The toilet and shower/bath has a door dividing it from the sink and counter. The room has a sliding glass door that faces the ocean and cove. The Door opens all the way and there is a moving screen door. This is not a patio, It looks like you may be able to walk out, but it's too narrow to get out, which is great. I'd rather have this slider then a dinky window that barely opens. For us it's perfect. We don't need to walk out, we just need the door to open and stay open. Being on the 3rd floor we can leave it open all of the time, even when we sleep and not worry. The ocean never goes to bed, you can hear the waves breaking after it gets dark. There is a mini fridge in the room. We knew that ahead of time an brought some items for breakfast (yogurt, milk and cereal) snacks, string cheese, drinks of all kinds and there is room for leftovers. There is no microwave, which is fine. Breakfast is life as normal in our house. Blueberries and cold Kashi is all we need to persevere. There is also a Keurig, which works perfect. I brought an assortment of tea bags to warm me up. My honey will use it for standard coffee. I can't believe there is a tub. I looked all over the website and all it said was shower, I was thinking of upgrading to get a tub, but I couldn't find a tub upgrade so I'm thrilled. It's not sunken or anything, but sometimes all you want is a tub to soak in. I would stay here again and get the same room. *************COVID-19***************NOTE************* I was here on President's day (Monday and checking out on Wednesday) Due to its covid the restaurant hours have changed. Most are closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Call ahead if you came during the week to make sure the places you want to eat is open. If you don't mind driving there are plenty of options, it's just nice to park once an enjoy. In addition the gym and pool are also closed. Not an issue. read more

I wanted to like this hotel but I just couldn't. First, it is outdated and is in need of some repairs. There were many areas within the parking lot that were taped off and the elevator could use some updating. Then, the receptionist was extremely rude. I didn't get her name but she was there during check-in and check-out and made the experience unpleasant. Somehow the room key accidentally got demagnetized and the receptionist seemed bothered I needed new keys. She then asked how many nights I was staying and took the complimentary Moonraker restaurant voucher the hotel gives you back. I didn't take it out of the sleeve yet and I planned to use the voucher for lunch the next day but figured since she took the voucher they didn't need my business. Finally, I booked a junior suite and the room was underwhelming. The pictures showed 2 balconies but my room only had one. The balconies are old and extremely sketchy. Overall the location is nice but I'd rather stay somewhere else especially for the price. read more

I booked this hotel for a little getaway for my moms birthday. The location couldn't have been more perfect! The views are just amazing! However, the customer service at this hotel isn't the best. Check in is at 4pm. We got there at 3 with a baby and a toddler and unfortunately we were unable to do an early check in. Which is fine. A week before checking into the hotel I sent an email to the hotel asking for a room with an amazing view as it was a very special day. No one responded to my email. I was expecting a beach front room and when we got there we had a room which was great in size however the view was okay. Yes you could see part of the ocean but before that you look down and its the roof of a building and the cars in the parking garage. So not really what I had in mind. Knowing I was traveling with 2 kiddos when I made my reservation over the phone I requested a crib. No one brought a crib to the room. We called probably around 8pm to the front desk requesting the crib. Still nothing. We waited a about another hour and called the front desk again. The lady at the front desk stated she had no access to get a crib. I told her I have a 5 month of baby that can't sleep in the bed and needed a crib. They were unable to give me a crib after my 3 attempts. We ended up putting 2 chairs in the room together to make it somewhat safer for my baby girl to sleep. The room didn't seem to be vacuumed. There was what looked liked chicken crumbs. There was gummy bears and mini m&ms on the floors too. The screen door was backwards and broke. I called the front desk and had to leave a message around 6pm because no one answered. I dont know thw customer service was just weird. When I checked out no one asked how was my stay. When I checked in no one asked if we were celebrating anything special. Juat a weird experience. I just wish there was better communication and better customer service. read more

Pretty cool hotel. Great location. Unfortunately we didn't get a room with a view because they were all sold out. But we got a room with a patio with some lawn chairs that we enjoyed hanging out on. Another cool perk was that the Moonraker Restaurant was within the hotel so we didn't even have to leave to get us a good dinner. Clean rooms. Nice and quiet at night. We will definately stay here again in the future. read more

The facility was nice, and had incredible views. The staff over the phone, when booking through their corporate office, was extremely accommodating. The staff at the hotel was not helpful at all. With an email confirmation of the booking, the desk clerk still made us wait 30 minutes to help us, with no other customers. She wouldn't even leave the back office and made us speak to her through the wall. When we reported a faulty bathtub to the same person, she said we had to wait until tomorrow and " I'm not an engineer and everybody is gone for the night." I give the facility and the corporate office five stars, but the on duty clerk needs to addressed regarding customer service. read more

Clean & affordable! Such a fantastic location with beautiful views! The front desk ladies were super welcoming and helpful. Plenty of parking space and little shoppes within walking distance. With a restaurant attached to the hotel. Pretty sure we will be back. read more

We had a great stay here 8 years ago. This time, so many awful things happened we'll never stay here again. When we entered the lobby to check-in, desk clerk was staring at her computer with two people ahead of us. The one lady, who she was supposedly helping check-in, kept trying to make light conversation as she was waiting, and waiting. The desk clerk ignored her. She also did not acknowledge the person waiting in front of us, nor us. After about 10 minutes, the first person was checked in. The line moved up. Two more groups came into the lobby behind us. The clerk didn't say anything to anyone but slowly worked her computer. After 15 more minutes (truly!), the person in front of us was checked in. Finally, it was our turn. Obviously it was a slow check-in but worse than that, once we got to our assigned room, #442, and heard and saw the large HVAC units right outside our room, I knew we couldn't stay there. I had even requested 'away from motor hum' when I made my reservation months before. We called down to the lobby. The clerk answered after 10 rings and said hold and then after 10 minutes, we gave up and took all our stuff with us to the lobby. Again, there were two groups in front of us standing there upset as they waited to check in. Everyone waiting in the lobby was angry and frustrated. 15 minutes later it was our turn and when I said we needed a different room, she replied she didn't know how to switch rooms and the manager was gone and there was no one else there. I asked her to call the manager. She eventually did, went into the back room and whispered loudly about the annoying client (ME!) who wanted to switch rooms. A LONG conversation ensued, and we could actually hear the manager yelling at the employee about her incompetence, and our request. During this time, three more parties had entered the lobby waiting to check in. They were grumbling to one another saying how awful this clerk was and how terrible the service and wait was. The clerk came back to the lobby and told us we had to take that room or find another hotel. We decided to do that, so I handed over the keys and asked for a receipt showing there was no charge because we ended up not staying there. She said she couldn't give us a receipt, nor print out anything. Frustrated at all this wasted time and realizing I needed to find another hotel, I just recorded her on my cell phone saying we would not get charged because we were not staying. We hustled out of there very upset. When I got home, I received an email saying "we hope you enjoyed your stay". Worrying that the clerk had screwed up, I checked my credit card bill online and saw that they had charged me-not just once, but TWICE! PLUS, the amount charged in each transaction was 100 dollars over what we were quoted in the original email confirmation of our reservation. I called Wyndham customer service, and they first told me to call the hotel. Are you kidding!? When I freaked out, they agreed to write up my case and try to help me with it. Now I am supposed to wait 7-10 days to see if the charges are removed. I will never stay at this hotel and highly recommend you don't either! read more

When you're in Pacifica this is the place to go if you want a beachfront view. It's at Rockaway Beach where there is the Moonraker and Nick's Restaurant. There is a small Oceanfront walkway and hills on either side for the adventurous hikers. This is an older hotel that is constantly going under renovations. I stayed in section B on the first floor and the rooms were obviously renovated and they were very nice. Very clean, nice bedding, clean bathroom with a granite countertop. I always like the extras like a robe, which they had. The pool had a handicap chair access and also a hot tub. They're still working on renovating C sevtion. There is free underground parking that is great because this place can get crowded on the weekends. The only bummer is that the balcony is only big enough for you to stand on it so no chairs to sit out and look at the view. The staff was super friendly read more
