Booked a night stay thru booking.com and got it for a good price. Easy to find off of 380. The room was large and clean. They offer airport parking and free shuttle. Airport parking is outside and uncovered. It seems a lil sketchy if no other cars are out there. I asked the desk and they let me park in the covered area. Parking is $15 a day and the shuttle will pick you up from the airport as well. It's near the airport so not the most quiet area. I didn't have any issues with noises etc that others have said they experienced. I would definitely suggest this hotel for a quick over night stay before the hotel. It's not a 4 star by any means but it is clean and priced right with close proximity to the airport and most importantly its clean. Front desk staff was very nice as well. They have water and soda and some snacks for sale at the desk.

i would not recommend staying here. we stayed here for 4 nights and the front desk person said we could ask for full room service of sheets, floors, towels if we flipped our sign. we asked for room service after our 2nd night and left them $20, and we did not get anything except new towels. thankfully they did not take our tip. the next morning i saw a bed bug crawling all over my sheets. we spoke to the front desk person again and he said the house keeping didnt see our sign and that their basic practice was just to switch towels every day. both were not true. the house keeping had taken down our sign, meaning they had ignored our request for fresh sheets. we asked to switch rooms and he put us in a upgraded business suite with a couch inside, which was okay but it was in a separate building and not remodeled. the window was facing an outdoor street and the overall vibes were weird. we switched again thankfully. the front desk person was nice but more should have been done to make up for our experience. if it werent for the bed bug and how it was handled, i would have been satisfied for the cost and the location is also excellent. just know you will be getting what you pay for

Great hotel, I was a bit nervous because I got this on a booking deal, and shuttle was so old but it exceeded expectations. It's hard to get a deal in San Francisco at times. The hotel is nice, very clean, modern, updated. The rooms are very nice and you can tell the workers here care about keeping everything nice even though it's an older hotel. The shuttle runs every hour and the driver drives like he's late for his wedding ( attempt at humor there) everyone here was nice and helpful. The room had a fridge, microwave, charging pad, free internet. The only possible downside is it in a busy area so there's a lot of outside road noise. For me that's great because I sleep to noise and actually like that but if required silence you might have an issue with it. There a lot of things around the hotel, tons of shops and restaurants, all within walking distance, even a Wendy's if you want to go cheap. Not a lot of hotels near the airport have that. They have large seating areas within the hotel if you're traveling in a group that may be nice for you. The front desk only has one person but everything still went pretty quickly. I'd stay here again

The location of this hotel was great because it is close to the SFO airport. There's also quite a bit of restaurants and places to eat within ten minutes of the hotel. The staff was helpful and kind. The cleanliness of the hotel is a 6/10. The comfort of the bed and pillow is a 5/10. There is a parking garage and we had no problem finding a spot. Based on the old, unclean shower area and mediocre comfortness of the beds/pillow I would not recommend this hotel.

My experience here was for one night and it was a Saturday. I didn't have high expectations due to some reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing and it didn't feel dirty at all, had everything we wanted. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The night stands had built in wireless charger for iPhones so I luckily didn't need to use my own. Has its own parking garage which is extremely convenient, no extra charge. Checkin was fine when I got there but had seen some people waiting while employee was out for a while. Checkout was with a different guy who didn't offer a receipt until I asked for it but that wasn't an issue. The area felt safe to walk around and had plenty of restaurants near by to walk to. We got lucky to be put in a room in front of the lobby which the energy was inviting because there were other rooms deep in the hall that were not as pleasing to walk through as they looked like typical rooms in a dingy hall way. Gym room is super small, good if one wants to do light work on a treadmill and a bike. Had a dumbbell set for weights but not aesthetically pleasing room but doable. Overall my i my friend and I enjoyed staying here for the price. Noise level was unnoticeable as I am a light sleeper, it was quiet for our weekend we went. I would definitely come back to this place if I was in the area again, I also seen people using the shuttle to sf airport which I believe was free. From 6-12pm they offered coffee out of their machine that is better than the room coffee. No breakfast or a pool but not a deal breaker. I would recommend.

Nothing fancy. A good option if you want a quick ride to airport early morning. It super close to the airport so there's shuttle service starting at 4:10am. Gym needs work. Like disinfectant wipes for example and a working tv. Has free weights up to 25 pounds. First night parking fee is free but after that they do charge.

I chose this property specifically for the airport shuttle and had an extremely frustrating…read moreexperience that was made worse by how it was handled. I called ahead in advance twice to coordinate pickup, but was told no accommodation was possible. I ended up paying for an Uber. At check-in, the front desk associate understood the situation and offered to reimburse the Uber, advising me to come down the next morning to have it processed. The experience changed completely when dealing with management. The manager was dismissive, took no responsibility, and explicitly stated that the property is not responsible for honoring ANY of its listed amenities at any given time. Despite the reimbursement being discussed at check-in, I had to follow up multiple times over two days. Even at checkout, I was told it would need to be "looked into" with no clear resolution, which forced me to ask for contact information just to continue following up. The real issue was not the shuttle schedule, but the handling. A simple service recovery turned into an adversarial process that required repeated effort on my part and lacked basic accountability. What made the situation worse was what happened after I left. I had already checked out, my bill had been finalized, and my receipt had been issued. About an hour after checkout, I received a call from the manager. Instead of confirming the reimbursement that had already been discussed, I was asked whether I had parked a car on the property the night prior, followed immediately by being told there would be a $25 parking charge. Parking had never been mentioned at check-in, check-out, or at any point during my stay. I was then told the Uber would be reimbursed for roughly the same amount. The parking charge was processed immediately, while the agreed reimbursement required receipts, additional confirmation, and multiple follow-up emails to complete. The contrast between how quickly the charge was applied and how difficult it was to complete the reimbursement created an unnecessarily adversarial and frustrating experience. I escalated this through Marriott corporate and explicitly requested review beyond the property level. That request was never honored. The case was routed back to the same property management and ultimately closed without any independent response from corporate, even after multiple follow-ups. I opened a second case, and it was again sent back to the same manager, resulting in the same outcome. That lack of follow-through from Marriott was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. As a frequent Marriott guest, this fell well below expectations -- not because of a policy, but because of how the situation was handled and how escalation was ignored.

It's also relatively close to Burlingame for delicious food. The beds are comfortable and everything was absolutely clean and everything is as expected... But I think what's best is the gentleman at the front desk he was so kind and just very much took care of me. The management at this property is completely ineffective. I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is old and outdated. The mattress is as hard as concrete, providing no rest. My room faced the street, and the traffic noise was constant. The bathtub and shower combo was extremely outdated, and figuring out how to turn on the shower faucet was frustrating. Every floor had an out-of-order sign for ice. Parking costs $10 a night, and I was not offered a waiver for signing up for their "rewards program," unlike a couple in front of me who were. This is clear favoritism. I contacted management via email with no response until the manager, D. Huddleston, saw my online review. Then he responded claiming he had seen my review and would look into it -- which he did not. After following up, They don't have any amenities that any other hotel would have except shampoo and conditioner. They didn't have a microwave or a coffee maker. I still received no response. My 3 night experience, was good from the painless checkin though I arrived near Midnight, to the easy approval of a requested late checkout. My stay was over 3 days, and because of how I extended my stay I experienced 2 rooms both at the end of the hall. FYI: Rooms at the end of the hall will result in limited traffic. Both rooms were well maintained, and clean. Because of my sleeping preference I requested and received extra blankets. My queen bed rooms had a mini fridge, beverage machine, comfortable chair to lounge in, and a nice work desk and chair. Bathroom had dispensers for shampoo, body wash, etc. The hotel provides high speed WIFI, affordable coin laundry, emergency toiletries, safe parking for a nominal fee, and a generous breakfast buffet that includes standard, juices, pastries / muffins, scrambled eggs, fruit, cereal, coffee, bread, 3 self serve waffle stations, etc, plus they rotate meat (sausages) and additional starch options (potato / biscuits & gravy). FYI: if in a rush you can request a Togo container from the person responsible for the host / hostess station. The hotel has numerous other features such as a shuttle service, gym, and business services. Plus the location advantage of being across the street from a McDonalds if a guest gets a late night craving for munchies. The Hotel is near both SFO & busy roads, but I used the Amazon / Alexa application via my phone to play white noise when sleeping so that in my case the area activity did not disturb my ability to sleep. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and I would eagerly recommend this Best Western property.

Last week we stay upper floors and the room looked cleaner, fresher, etc.., The carpet in room 103 is a tripping hazard, old and ripped. We didn't want to change rooms because we were exhausted from a straight 8 hour drive. Only reason I have a 3 star instead of a 1 star is because the front desk ladies are fantastic. I heard it was gabbys last day. So at didn't get to see her. Probably on maternity leave. She was prego when at met her. Jaclyn was helpful as always. But Lauren was exceptional. Even after having a long day, and rough time with a previous guest before me, she still gave over the top service. Friendly, helpful, and talked to us more than guest, was more like we were friends. Will we come back? Sure we will but it'll have to be an upper floor better room not a tripping hazard. I'm with a couple senior citizens that nearly fell due to the carpet. We last stayed at an AC hotel a decade ago in Valencia, Spain. The hotel is sleek, clean, and very European in style. Even the toilets in the room remind me of the ones I've seen in London. It would have been an easy 5-stars but I need to deduct a star for in-room amenities. First, the positives: 1. Hotel is very clean and has an excellent patio with lights and a relaxing vibe. Excellent gym too. 2. Great Cafe for breakfast but also a full bar with DJs on Fridays, and Cocktail and Cooking demos through the week. 3. Free Infused water, tea, and Costco trail mix (with regular and peanut M&Ms). Hydration stations everywhere so no need to buy water. 4. Beds were comfy and all of us had great sleep. The Negatives 1. Our in-room fridge was not a true fridge, and despite their maintenance guy helping us reset the temperature to 34F, it could bot reach lower than 47F after a day. No big deal for drinks, but a big no-no for storing milk for our toddler. 2. Rooms were clean and sleek, but some more shelving and storage space would be nice. 3. Housekeeping service seems to need 3-nights minimum stay, so none for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.
