I've never heard of this place before and I lived in Arizona for most of my life. I now live in Utah and my girlfriend lives in Arizona. I wanted to surprise her with flowers so I jumped on google and came across this shop. I called them and asked if they could deliver same day and the lady was all over it. She even knew and used to work at the cafe my girlfriend currently works at. Come to find out there was a block on my card so after spending almost three hours figuring out my card and contacting this shop back, the lady was still super supportive and helpful. Needed a flower arrangement for a funeral. Jumped onto Yelp to help me find a florist in the same city as the funeral. I live in Surprise, and the funeral is in Mesa. After reading a few reviews for all the florists in that area with 4-5 stars, I decided to go with this company as they had the better reviews. I went to their website, chose my arrangement, then gave them a call. Called on a Tues, funeral was Friday. Spoke with a very friendly, knowledgeable,patient woman. She answered my questions, didn't rush me or talk to me like I'm stupid as I didn't know funeral flower etiquette. I asked if I could add a banner to our flowers ( which were standing on an easel), as well as what to say in the card. They do deliver to the funeral home. I gave her my card # and hoped for the best. The price was very reasonable, actually less expensive than the other florists out there. When I got to the funeral home on Friday around 1...sure enough my flowers were there up from next to the casket. Beautiful white arrangement, smelled divine, had the banner we discussed, as well as the card. This was the 1st time my husband had seen it too and said they were beautiful. Had a great experience ordering flowers here. I had a funeral I was unable to attend, so I called Lighthouse the week before and spoke with Lisa, who was a great help and so nice. I ordered a big white lily easel for the funeral and asked for it to be delivered the following week in time for the viewing at Bunker Funeral Home on Centennial. Lisa took care of everything for me and it was very easy completing the whole transaction over the phone, including a note to go along with the flowers. I cant say enough about this florist! I called last minute for a Thanksgiving arrangement, and they were literally walking out the door for their deliveries. They took my order and my Mom loved them, she said they were the prettiest flowers she had ever gotten delivered. They were also beautifully arranged, however, the roses began fading within two days despite re-cutting and fresh water. We did not add flower food. Regardless, they looked horrible after four days.
