My mom recently passed away and a relative from out of state used Lighthouse to order flowers. Lighthouse says they delivered the flowers at 0839 but the mortuary insists the flowers were not there at 1130 when they left for the service. They even said they checked just prior to departure and that the flowers could not have been there at 0830 as the florist states. Long story short- my mom never received her flowers and the relative paid a lot of money. When I contacted lighthouse they were so rude and argumentative and just kept insisting they did what they were supposed to do. No customer service, no compassion, no empathy. They argued with me and I just lost my mom 4 days before. I was in tears!!!! Horrible attitude by staff!! I will keep posting this just because if their attitude. If they would have agreed to a partial refund I might have accepted. Now I just don't want anything to do with them.
