She is a dishonest manager who will destroy your business. ​Dear Management Team, ​I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the service I received at your restaurant today, July 4th. ​We had a 4:30 PM reservation and, as regular customers who visit your establishment while shopping in the area, we were looking forward to a pleasant meal. We always request outdoor seating on the right side of the patio to accommodate our dog. ​Upon arrival, the hostess refused to seat us in that area, claiming it was fully booked for other parties. It was clear to us that the area was not reserved, as there were no reservation markers on the tables. We had booked our table specifically to ensure we would have an appropriate spot for our needs. Despite our existing reservation and the availability of the tables, the hostess remained inflexible and unhelpful. ​Because of this experience and the poor treatment we received, we have decided that we will not be returning to your restaurant in the future, nor will we be recommending your establishment to others. The wife of the owner waited on us. She is understated, friendly and efficient. We didn't have much of a wait as it looked as though we might have just missed the breakfast/brunch rush. That would be nice if they had some ginger slices and black vinegar for the dumplings. About boba tea, it's good. I prefer the tea to be stronger. Boba tea was warm, which means it's fresh, but needed more ice. They always serve in to-go containers. This place is good for friends, couples, and families. Parking is in front of the restaurant.
