30 minute massage…read more This was my first visit to this wellness center and spa, and I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted warmly right away, and the space felt very clean and comfortable. The cozy slippers were a nice touch! My massage therapist took the time to ask about my concerns (stiff shoulders and neck) and checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was right. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, dim lighting, peaceful music, and even a heated table. By the end, I sincerely felt so much better. She also showed me a few simple stretches I can do at home, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Laura! I'll definitely be back and am excited to try more of their services. I can't believe I hadn't stopped in sooner!

Today was my first visit to Antalee...and WOW was it great!…read more My service was a 75 minute facial, plus collagen massage for hands and arms. A number of various processes were involved, all of which were applied to perfection. I didn't want it to end, but of course it had to. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated...my skin felt like new and my neck and shoulders were without the kinks and aches I had arrived with. BTW the facility was immaculate and inviting! When work was done, it was easy to store it in the assigned locker room. Upon arrival, check in at the front and receive your wristband before walking down the hall to the gender-specific locker rooms. Wristbands are how you'll charge any/all purchases, included spa services. Halfway down the hall, there's signage requesting you remove your shoes. From that point on, expect to be barefoot (socks are okay; socks and slippers are available for purchase in the locker room) You're given a uniform when you enter the locker room. The locker rooms and pool/hottub area is clothes-free. Be ready for that. The body scrub was amazing! I still feel as smooth as a baby, nearly a week later. There are several saunas available to try, along with a meditation/nap room, oxygen room, and movie theater. Be ready to spend hours here. It's worth it.

Unacceptable ADA Violations, Harassment, and Refusal of Responsibility…read more I spent over $200 here for spa services on September 17, 2026, but the harassment by staff completely ruined the experience. I called ahead of time to confirm there would be no issues bringing my small, trained service animal (safely inside a shoulder bag carrier). The front desk clerk checked us in without issue. However, while touring the facility, a staff member confronted me, created a public scene, and brought over management demanding I leave. Even though the front desk employee explicitly advised them that federal law prohibits denying entry to a service animal, staff continued to harass me in front of other spa guests. They subjected me to unlawful medical interrogation demanding to know my condition, demanded "paperwork" (which is explicitly illegal under ADA guidelines), and tried to misclassify my service animal. They eventually allowed my service animal to sit in his carrier during my treatment, but the damage was done--the humiliation prevented me from enjoying the rest of the facility. When brought to management's attention, they refused to take responsibility or resolve the matter. Official complaints have been submitted to federal and state civil rights authorities. I strongly urge anyone who relies on a service animal to avoid this establishment.

The nail area seemed a little small to me and my tech had to keep stopping to answer the phone, check people out, etc so it wasn't very relaxing. They didn't sterilize the tools (or have them in a sealed pouch like some salons do) and I was thinking maybe I would get an infection (I didn't - I repeat, I was fine). They didn't charge extra to have a few different colors of DD. Overall a good job.

The walls are paper thin so I heard the entire interaction from inside the massage room. Location was both clean looking and clean smelling. The massage woman was pretty good at her job. A little hard when I asked for regular. Prices were ok for the 1hr... I actually wish I did a 90min because by the time she said it was over, I got an extra 10min and I felt I needed more. She popped my wrist and loosened it so I left feeling great, just tired and worn out. She stretched my legs and tried to increase my flexibility. Idk what that prior woman was on about in prior reviews because this was not one of those "type of places". It was classy and professional, except for what happened in my first paragraph. Would I go back? Maybe, but there are a bunch of other massage places out there to try. Nothing special or noteworthy to write home about.
