My acupuncturist was out of town and when I found out that she practices this I asked her if she could see me ASAP. We made an appointment two days later and it helped much but of course it return two days later (been having trouble with this for 3 months now which is unusual). Four days later I had about 20 minutes of acupuncture followed by a 60 minute massage. OMGosh my body felt so relexed and muscles were loosened.
