Both are incredibly detail-oriented and take their time to ensure everything is perfect. I came in for a no-chip manicure and pedicure, and today I just did a color change for my toes with a no-chip manicure (total cost: $80). While it's on the pricier side, my nails lasted over a month the last time, so it's definitely worth the price. Kristina (apologies if I'm spelling it wrong!) was kind, respectful, and very professional. I especially appreciate how sanitary she was--she asked me to wash my hands twice, wore headwear, and always kept gloves on. The salon itself is chic and well-maintained. The only thing I'd suggest for improvement is perhaps spending a little more time on hand and foot massages or offering complimentary drinks to enhance the experience even further. I've brought MULTIPLE people who have become customers to this place. The owner knows my entire family! But the way I was treated recently was truly disrespectful. For my birthday, I made an appointment for two pedicures for me and my daughter. I needed the appointment to be mid-afternoon, but the owner pushed for me to take a 4:45 appointment. As the day progressed and I was preparing for my event in the evening, the appointment time was cutting it way too close so I had to call and cancel. After I told the owner I had to cancel SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! I called 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to cancel. Is it an inconvenience to the business? Sure, I can understand there is an impact to a schedule change. However, to treat me- a regular customer, who has brought you lots of business- so rudely to hang up on me?? And she has my number to call me back if it was an accident, she didn't call back. I'm still astonished at this treatment. It's really a shame because now I need to take my business elsewhere. I will say that Lisa who works there is extremely talented, gives the best foot massages, and the best service in the entire place. You know in February I let it slide when I came to get a pedicure on a day that I was extremely stressed out, with my arm in a sling, and the owner and one of the older women working there made sarcastic comments about me being a few minutes late. They were not, and never were, packed to the gills with customers. Lisa was the only person who saw the stress on my face and comforted me when I burst into tears. I even was willing to come back after that! But never again. That treatment towards me was extremely unkind and I didn't deserve that. No one does.

Let me just say, I'm obsessed with my nails and amazed at how well they did my nails. First of all, I really appreciate the salon for not rushing me when picking out a color. I always get a no-chip gel manicure, and I was surprised when they did 2 layers of gel base, and THREE layers of gel polish. All places I've been to only does one base coat and 2 (at best) of gel polish. I believe my nail tech was Quynh and she really made sure to evenly coat my nails, and she even coated all of the sides (which is a problem I've had with other places). At my appointment today, I again noticed issues with the filing and politely pointed them out. After a small attempt to correct them, Aimee sat back in her chair, shrugged her shoulders, and said, "That's the best that I can do." I found this response highly unprofessional, especially after expressing a concern about the quality of the service. I want to be clear that I value good service and regularly tip accordingly. However, due to the experience and level of professionalism displayed during this appointment, I did not feel comfortable leaving a tip this time.
