Have your health card and requisition from your family doctor ready, and your name will show up on the screen according to your time slot. Walk-ins are available too; the wait time was about 39 mins (as shown on screen when I was there this morning. There are 3 booths for blood-drawing, with an upright chair that can swivel. You can also request to do it lying down on a bed, and also draw blood with a baby needle. The lady who helped me was very accommodating with my requests, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session, thank you!

However, the clinic did inform me I can walk in in case I need services. The email response time is exceptionally good and prompt. This is a good sign that in terms of administrative functions, it is quite efficient. In respect of the medical services, I have no idea how they are doing until I visit them next time.

Had hey sent him home with oral antibiotics I don't think he would've made it. They saved his life. I will forever be grateful to these doctors. You can make an appointment directly on their site, but they also take walk ins. I used to go to Sunnybrook for blood tests, but coordinating this with a baby was hard. I always get lightheaded when I get blood drawn, and when I told this to my nurse Christine she made time for me to lay down so that I didn't faint, and finished the process so quickly that I was affected less that usual. While I was waiting several regular patients came in that the staff had a friendly report with, which was nice to see. Thanks for being kind and taking care of the neighbourhood!

I needed refills, and she went on & on as if she was investigator or psychiatrist. She didn't stop at asking what was my stress lately but was asking very weird questions as if she wanted to induce specific answers. I told her about harassment & discrimination by York University staff as a retaliation after I pointed out on their unethical hiring, unethical practices, & mistreatment of PhD students at the PhD in HRM. Then, she tried to convince me I need to see a psychiatrist for telling her that which gaslighting resembles the York U staff when a students points out on wrongdoings as they can't stand criticism. She said that she watches a TV show (Love & B....).. to diagnose people with disorders. Yet, she mentioned some concepts & it was clear to me she doesn't know much from that filed. She seemed confused as if she is a psychiatrist when it was clear from her comments that she doesn't even know basic stuff about some disorders (I have a degree in Psych & studied Abnormal Psych). She said she will only give me refills for two weeks & I must see her again to see if she needs to send me to a psychiatrist. This reminded me of the time in history when women were sent in asylum because someone was prejudiced or didn't like them. I have never had such experience with a medical doctor before. She was very professional & her (mis)conduct) disturbing. Her God syndrome that she is knowledgeable in psychiatry when she is not - says that she needs re-evaluation (she is older with all white hair).

I also really love the kiosk check in option as it's a more confidential way of informing the receptionist the reason for your visit. The doctor was really nice and seemed like she cared, and overall went the extra mile. If I lived in the area I'd make this my go-to place.

Both my wife and I very grateful to have her as our family doctor! The office and rooms are very very clean, beautiful and well designed.
