We signed up right away, luckily, when it was pretty empty for RV storage because it is pretty full of RVs and one cool old Ford that someone may be fixing up. The person in the office that signed us up was really nice and helpful!! Everyone we've met have been great. Anytime we call, they do everything they can to help. I am very happy with and definitely recommend this Life Storage. We go there quite often and it is quiet and everything operational. The roads are a bit of a squeeze for larger RVs to get through. Yes, your stuff will be protected from direct rain, but the humid air itself will be the equivalent of rain, so protect things well if you are leaving them there longer than 60 days. And you don't want to be there longer than 60 days. These corporate predators will hike your rent soon, or find some pretext to assess a fee. For example, they keep no dumpster on the premises so they can fine anyone who leaves anything behind. And there's no discussing anything with these corporate sociopaths. They don't care. Was not always the case, but they were acquired by some real scumbags. So use them--and lose them.

On arrival to the facility I was greeted by Yaitza Arroyo the manager and another employee at the desk (sorry can't remeber her name.). Both were very friendly and courteous. Yaitza gave me a tour of the facility as well as explained the features of the storage areas. I wanted to check two different sizes in the climate control building. Promptly, Yaitza showed me the units and I picked the unit that will better serve my needs. We returned to the office and proceeded to rent the space I selected. Yaitza explained the contract and showed me the contract in the computer screen so I could verify my information was correct. While finishing paperwork, another customer showed up. The other employee helped the customer in a very professional way and answered his questions. I know a few things about storage facilities after my husband's 32 years in the military and while working in the private sector. Yaitza was great and I will recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit.
