When I moved out they required 59 days notice in order to charge for an additional month. My registered letter of move-out notice came back undeliverable. When I finally reached them via email they required a PHOTO of the empty spot. I had to drive 70 miles round trip to provide the photo I've enclosed.

Freewill brought the nomadic gypsy dude lifestyle that was within and looking to get out in the woods, upon the prairie and in the swamps freewill has me still going to see what's on the other side of the mountain. However there is a plan that I'm pulling together, the four states that I will resolve around. Full time travel to and thru the states that I return to require storage as I'm not pulling a trailer as drag coefficient really bums me out, light and fast is how I roll and wish to continue to travel. What are your important needs and lifestyle requirements? Tax, healthcare, guns, weed, work, schooling - there's a lot to consider no matter your domicile but ya still need storage. Extrinsic and intrinsic values aren't on my doomer spreadsheet, I'm not an owner nor investor in storage, merely a renter to keep state necessary needs. And in Florida my needs are mainly golf related items and microfiber materials, I think I'll buy some land here, and I still might require storage. Hmmmmmm. 2 week difference, a storage unit not like a flight, bus, or train ticket, After a storm where people may literally be losing their homes and trying to store what they could actually save, the price has jumped $87/mo? Don't ever use NSA storage. I was taken care of down the street at Extra Space Storage, and although they had to close today at 1pm sharp they stayed a few minutes extra so we could finish in the dark because they had no power the whole time. Much better experience, and the prices make much more sense. The rental process took only minutes, and the young lady I spoke to on the phone to make double sure I actually had a unit for the movers to unload into was so sweet! She was almost surprised I was asking if they were open lol It's a service, that woman was not from the location I went to but she has no idea how big of a panic attack she thwarted. Overall, very very very satisfied with this rental process, and super appreciative that they waited an additional 8 mins before locking up so we could jet out. They deserve praise! Stated we may not be refunded since they claimed it appeared used. Although it was not and appeared identical to other off self rolls. Then refused to give us receipt that they accepted the product. We asked for the product back and left the store after being insulted accusing us of trying to return an open and used product. 1 employee who claimed to be training the two others shouted profanity and walk out of the store in a drama filled manner. All this for an attempted to return a $35 @U-Haul roll of shrink wrap.

Notified the office my unit was empty and cleaned. Over a week later, they sent me a bill stating that my unit had items left in it and they were charging me a dumpster and lock fee. They have security cameras all over the property and they know that the items were not mine. I have called and can not get anyone to give me an answer on why they have allowed me to be falsely accused and charged for not vacating my unit. Over the years, I have had many units with them and I have never once left a unit with items in it or unclean. Ruthless crooks! They don't deserve a 1 rating. They should receive a negative because they are horrible!
